These people were super rude. They will try to make you sign a paper for them to file your taxes without even looking over your paperwork first or explaining it to you. Wanted to charge me $25 for nothing. This place is a joke and highly don’t recommend. H&R Block is so much better ! Don’t waste your time here people !

they put someones else bank account on my tax return so i didnt get my taxes and to make it worst i didnt get any of the covid money because the irs used that tax information so this place caused me to loose two covid checks and a tax return i was told the owner would right me a check for there mistake and that never happened buncha crooks hope they go out of business

I am sad to share the details of my experience with Taxwise because I once was an employee there. I did my taxes myself at Taxwise with the help of another tax preparer who was licensed on February 23, 2021 and I have still not received any information from Taxwise nor any care! The smugness and the attitude from both Sammy and others working there is a farce!I was simply a receptionist I knew nothing about taxes and I thought I was doing the right thing by filing early when I call Taxwise to find out what in the heck is going on with my refund that’s over 21 days behind I get told call them yourself meaning calling the IRS yourself?! I’m not a tax preparer I don’t know what to ask but there should be some type of information that a certified tax preparer should be able to get me I am beyond frustrated with this business and if I could turn it into the BBB I would to any other patrons who is thinking of going there to tax wise listen to the others on here they have left horror stories this place is not reputable and there are criminals that still are able to work there with no repercussions now I’m beginning to think I’m never going to get my refund nor am I going to get my stimulus. I am a full-time student I rely on the funds that I get as I am going through school it is been both frustrating and totally unnecessary please save your money and go to a reputable tax preparer as you are Hearing my horror story of working there for just a few months I won’t mention the other things that I had to do while I was there that were completely demeaning I will call the IRS in another attempt to see if this place can be audited because there has to be some reason why I can get no answers I can’t call the IRS that’s not an excuse they need to give me the answers that I need or I will prosecute!

By far the most unprofessional experience I have had. We were in the waiting room for an hour before we got seen and had to wait another 2 hours to finally finish the process. We had to pay an outrageous fee just to find out that a month later that our bank account info was entered incorrectly and our taxes have to be mailed to us. This also interfered with our upcoming stimulus check. We will not be coming back here again. Save your time and money.

Had us waiting in the lobby for about 40 minutes. Finally got in to doin the taxes, which took about another 70 minutes while we were in a time crunch. Gave them my account and routing number, just to find out that they didn’t put that Information in and getting my refund all mailed to me. And still charged us for an outrageous amount while having us wait for such a long time. DONT go there, will never return to that place.If I could give this place a zero I would, save your time and your money because their fee is beyond ridiculous.

Don't go there they did my taxes last year and missed them up bad I still don't have them back I call and try to talk to the one did them and they just say she will call you back but never calls back tax wise is a joke

I had a great experience here. They are knowledgeable, personable and quick with their business. I've had my taxes done many times very well, but this place got my refund back faster than anywhere!
