By maybe having a heart. My husband put some stuff in a unit, he passed away Friday evening. The last thing I have had on my mind was a storage unit. I let them know yesterday I would take care of the bill and get the unit cleaned out (the bill was a few days passed due) I went today to start cleaning it out and low and behold They have it locked out. The world has really turned into a business with no heart. I hope the folks who work there have a very Merry Christmas and don't lose a loved one too soon.
