Worst customer service I have ever had. Jason, (if that's his real name, but he's fat and bald) was the rudest CSA. He lied to me, TWICE and was absolutely no help. He constantly rolled his eyes when I tried explaining things.Tried to cut my services off immediately, when the bill is paid through the 31st. He said I couldn't have just phone, which was also a lie.He cost this piss poor company a 40 plus year customer. They're extremely overpriced. STAY AWAY.

INCREDIBLE customer service. I explained to the employee that I had an appointment and needed to be out at a certain time. He not only met that expectation but got me out earlier so that I wasn’t late. The explaining of the equipment was great. very helpful people!!

Garbage company taking advantage of people during a recession to better themselves and screw customers over after they pay their bill on time do not buy anything from these cockroaches they are criminals and they should be out of business very soon.

Extremely unreliable internet service, terrible customer service (both in-store and online), and no sense of urgency. Tech support is not empowered to do anything beyond rebooting or scheduling a service tech appointment (days out from the time of service interruption). They’ve not upgraded their telecom infrastructure at all, to the point where a stiff wind or few drops of rain cause service interruptions. It’s a daily gamble of whether or not internet will be working.

Extremely inconsiderate and uncommunicative. I was told that I was on a year-long contract, and it was a lie. I was told that if I did not contact him, the contract would auto renew at the same price in the same speed, and that was a lie. On my 12th month, without any notice, or my approval, they increased my bill. Asking them to reduce it back to what they promised, they denied it and said that that was their new promotion price. I then canceled my internet due to this price and was told that I canceled it after a new billing cycle start, which was a lie.Just the cherry on top, after I cut off my Spectrum internet, I got a phone call from their "Retentions Department" offering me a higher internet service for less money locked in at 2 years. It seems the only reason they care about you, is when you pay them. I of course denied this because I'm never going to use them again. That is pathetic customer service.Go ahead and use spectrum if you want the following:1. Poor/ no communication2. Price increases without notice3. Extra months billed4. Not a care in the world for you as the customer.If you do use spectrum, make sure you threaten to leave them every so often, because that's the only time they care about you.

The store says it opens at 10am I have been sitting in my car since 9:50 am seen an employee walk in at 10 and lock the door behind her. I waited 10 min and went up to the door and still locked and no one in sight. Went back to the door at around 10:16 still nothing then I seen a male employee walking around the store when I got back to my car and still no one unlocked the door I’ll be going back to the door in a min. If employees do not have to be here until 10 and can’t open right away then the times need to reflect that. Update it is 10:30 and I went back up to the door at 10:20 still locked 3 employees inside see me don’t come to the door or say anything I stood out there for ten minutes before walking back to my car to sit and wait!!!! Highly unprofessional!

This is the worst cable internet I have ever dealt with. I have lived all over the country and have never had such lousy service. There are constant service down times and their communication with customers is horrible. I had the total displeasure of trying to return by equipment today after I got a real provider this morning - Windstream/Kinetic (fiber optic, too). Twice I had to come back because I was misled by a person in the store. I live in a small town, traveling 25 miles only to be told I have to comeback tomorrow because they can't take the equipment back on the same day it is canceled and was sent to UPS to return the equipment but they were closed. What kind of d*** rule is that? Whatever you do, do not sign up for their 3 months free deal. It's not worth it. Your first month bill will be outrageous! We couldn't make the deadline because we were out of town. Ugh! Minus 10 million stars for them.I haven't been this dissatisfied and angry with a service provider in years.

I went into the store in Richmond Kentucky to add another TV . The technician was supposed to hook up a month ago. And Willie was very rude. I said you don't care. And he said your correct in front of everyone that was in the store. He said he will still be there even if I complain. He said I'm not going anywhere.

Nothing I like more than spending my entire day in line while sales people try to talk everyone into buying stuff when all they want is to pay a bill. I just needed to drop off equipment. There should be a separate line for that or drop box. Then you see sales people sitting on the couch watching TV while the line goes out the door. Welcome to 2022. This is service.

My phone was dropped and after that the phone shows up as restricted when I call someone. I go to the store to either have it repaired or replaced. No one in the store knew how to repair it. The phone was under warranty, however they refused to replace it or even a discount on a new phone,. I walked out of the Verizon store the same way I walked in.....with broken phone. Nice huh
