I stop in here nearly every day for either food, snacks, gas or just to grab a coffee and see the awesome staff and chat for a minute! Excellent service and amazing food. Inside is always clean and there is always a nice gentleman outside ensuring that the pumps and trash cans are in good condition. The staff here not only care about their job and what time they get off, the genuinely care for the customers. Strongly recommend stopping in for their great food and amazing customer service!

Don’t go in this store in the afternoon! If you ask for your purchase to be bagged the clerk might just punch you out because it takes away from his phone time! I won’t be back at to this store!

A Clean New looking/feeling store location about a 1/25 mile past Kroger/Capt. D's on the Left heading out of town towards Berea.Their Fresh Market has decent cold Food options. Everyone in town commends them for their Fried Foods yet this trip was just for some goodies for us + some sandwhiches. Cold Sammies looked a little old. Is that ham gray??lolFriendly Staff. Great in a pinch if you're Hungry. Pricing is a bit Salty, yet Comprable to other gas stations in town.⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location has not been open very long, but I know I have spent at least $2000+ in just fuel, vape products, or cooked food. Myself and a lot of other people call this "Our Shell Station" because we enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere. Unfortunately today I have to change my perception on this location. My wife and I had finished dropping off my kids at school, and simply wanted to go into my local Shell and pickup a couple drinks and some vape products. My wife and I had been in the location for approximately 5-8 minutes and were on our way to pay for our goods and leave. At that time the cashier recognizes that my wife was holding our Service Dog for my Mental Health conditions. I served in the military for 8yrs and have a book of mental health conditions which are documented and even though legally I do not have to show anything I offered to the staff my paperwork proving the need for the dog and that I know the rules around him being close to food (their pizza machine being 8ft from the front door should be more of a concern). My service dog had never been closer than 20 feet from their cooked food, nor had he ever touched the floor or any shelving while there. I was told by the staff that this location had a local policy to not allow service animals without a vest, nor any emotional support animals. I asked to see this policy and they would only tell me their Manager "Sam" was the only one with the information and I would have to return this afternoon to speak with him. I am unsure why there is not someone onsite that can handle things like this, but they are extremely eager to enforce something they are not following themselves. Again when I offered to show them my paperwork they did not want to see it, they just said their Manager Sam, whom was not on site told them to enforce these rules. I checked the door and the store is not properly showing signs that they have this policy. I am a Veteran, but a lot of people have mental health conditions that require animals to help them live a normal life. I don't ask for special treatment, I only ask that if my medicine (support animal) does not hurt you, then why are you so eager to pull down your mask and holler at my wife that my service animal cannot be in the establishment and then when I try to explain I have permission from the State of Kentucky and Federal Government you refer me to your Manager Sam?????
