When we first moved to Richmond I didn't have a lot of furniture so I went to the rent a center here and they took care of us and have ever since always quick to wait on us just all around great service and great people at this store I give them an A 1 rating ,thanks again.Shane and Melissa

I didn’t think I would ever be one of those “if I could give 0 stars I would” kind of guys. This place definitely made me a changed man. No communication. Wait weeks for delivery of something that isn’t used, and back in their showroom. The location manager is nice. His other office workers just ehhhh. They all kinda seem like they hate their jobs. Definitely would’ve purchased other furniture with them, but cant wait to finish paying this contract same as cash, and forgetting about them honestly.Pros: They have some nice things.Cons: Savannah that works there. -1/10

Today I found a washer on the RAC website, applied, was approved, set a delivery date and what not to only realize I had my prior address from out of state attached to my account.It defaulted to that address and had my delivery set to deliver this washer hours away. Then a very polite RAC employee named Teresa reached out via text as I realized my mistake - and as I found a better deal they offered - and walked through every step of updating my address, canceling the delivery I had made, updating my choice and setting my new delivery date. Teresa helped me with all of this in a very quick manner and had me set up and ready to go in no time.Moral of the story, this associate delivered some of the best customer service I've had in a long time and left me and my husband beyond thrilled with our new lease agreement. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my fiance got Teresa as our helper and she made everything super easy and got us all setup! Just waiting for our stuff to be delivered and will upload an update but so far everything is great and the service is fantastic!
