RUN..RUN FAST... If there was a negative rating I would give it. A friend Bought appliances and I went to let the delivery company in and the delivery drivers hit my car and said nothing I contacted the store and they put me in touch with the delivery company they use B and H delivery company after less than a 1 minute conversation the owner said I'm a liar his driver is almost certain he didn't hit my car and they believe the driver. Contacted store again via email and haven't gotten any response. I would not recommend this store I have a wrecked car and will never grace this business again SHADY ON BOTH COMPANIES

Awful!!! Brand new dishwasher and it keeps throwing the same code at the same time every cycle. Took weeks to get a technician out and he claimed it didn’t throw the code. He left I ran the dishwasher and what a shocker it threw the same code!!!! Still waiting on a call back for another technician. Absolutely ridiculous that I have a dishwasher I can’t use and no one at Pieratts seems to care!!!

Runan Simpson EvansGrowing up we only purchased appliances from Pieratt's. They had a great reputation for providing quality products and great customer service. Less than 2 months ago I made my first purchase from Pieratt's. I wish I could say I've had the same experience I remember as a kid. My refrigerator was delivered on October 6. On October 26 I scheduled a service appointment because the refrigerator beeped off and on all day and night or some time just cut off. November 2 the service tech said he had to order a part. 26 days later nothing but a refrigerator that is not working correctly and is starting to defrost the food in the freezer.

Just got off the phone with Pieratt's. We ordered a new dishwasher in July & were told it would be about 2 weeks for delivery. It's now the end of September! Due to doctors appts. we could not do the Sept 19th install day they finally had available so it was supposed to be rescheduled for today. Waited for a phone call from installers- nothing. Called Pieratts twice & were told we were not on their schedule for an install today !!! BUT they could do it next Tuesday, now almost three months after our order. They were very quick to take our money for the dishwasher but have done nothing but drag their feet to get it installed. We are DONE with Pieratts and have requested an immediate refund back to our debit card.

I purchased a lemon dishwasher and after several service calls and attempts to fix it, they replaced it. Longtime customer and always will be. Quality products and customer service when bumps in the road happen.

Kenny provided great service and assistance with selection of appliances. The delivery went well. The guys were courteous and professional and careful not to damage our new floors.

Visited 12/22/2022 to pick up an Ottoman that was pre-ordered & special-made! The staff was very friendly & pleasant! Haven't yet unwrapped it, waiting on husband to come home first!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the Pieratts store in Richmond KY. I ordered a sofa and chair on Dec.5, , online, website said items were in stock, delivery in about 2 weeks, I heard nothing from the store, e-mail or phone. My wife called the store on Dec. 21 for any updates, she was told the truck did not deliver it to the store yet, so no info on the order. On Jan. 2 we went to the store, customer service guy told me because of the holiday everything was backed up…. Sorry….he will let us know when it can be delivered. I told him that I hadn’t received a phone call or email with any updates, he told me to “ take it down a notch’” that the Pieratts internet sales dept. was new and they were still trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t. I told him communication always works. I asked for a refund. You give me an attitude then you’re not getting my business . As I was waiting for my refund transaction to be processed, my wife and me walked around the store, the internet sales manager snuck around behind us watching to make sure we didn’t take our frustrations out on the furniture. Goodbye Pieratts. We bought furniture elsewhere. That day.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Pieratt’s in Richmond, KY. I was told the furniture that I had chosen was in stock by Nick M. and it would be delivered within 2 weeks! After trying to reach him 3 days in a row (he was working) I finally just asked to speak to Mike, the manager. I was told that the furniture was on a delivery truck to Lexington and should have the items delivered within the week. I called back a couple days later to confirm and asked to speak to Mike again. He then told me that the furniture was out of stock and would have to be built and wouldn’t be delivered until January … no wonder Nick didn’t return my phone call! Nick told us what we wanted to hear to make a sale and then left us hanging with NO information! Mike was very rude to me on the phone, so I went straight to the business and talked to him in person. I asked for the phone number of his boss, and I called her right in front of him. He denied telling me that my furniture was on the delivery truck to lexington. The lady I spoke to was nice, but nothing was resolved. For future folks who plan to purchase from Pieratt’s I would say GO elsewhere!

Paid over $3,000 for a gas oven and a microwave in October 2021. We paid it in full at time of purchase. Microwave was in the store but we were told the oven would not come in for three months. Waited six months to the day (April 2022) and called the sales associate. He said the oven was in but the order wasn't filled because they didn't have the microwave. I asked why not, and he said another sale associate had sold it to a different customer and the microwaves were on back-order until December 2022. I said that was unacceptable and he promised to see what he could do and call me back the next day. He did not. I called back the following day and he promised to call me back by Friday (in two days). He did not. I called on Saturday and was told the sales associate had just left, so I spoke with the shift manager. The shift manager promised to call me back by Monday. He did not. On Tuesday I called and spoke to the store manager and told him everything. He was courteous, responsive, and polite, and we got the oven and microwave two weeks later. The oven did not work. It took three maintenance visits to fix it (technician was very professional and polite). Each maintenance trip was 3+ weeks apart (first wait on the parts to come in, and then scheduling is 12 days out). We were finally able to first use the oven ten months after we bought it. The day it was fixed I called LG to request the warranty be changed to begin on that date. They refused and told me the store should have contacted them, and there was nothing they would do now. I called the store and was directed to the same shift manager who promised to call me back the next day. He did not. I became frustrated and gave up, thus losing nearly half of my service warranty time. The store manager was great but we did not have a good experience with the sales associate or shift manager. I doubt we will go back for any other purchases.

I’m livid right now. This place has my 60 year old mother in tears. I purchased a bedroom suit for her. They told her it has everything it needs and all she needs to do is put her mattress on it. Well, they finished setting up her furniture at 730pm- after setting it up they realized they didn’t have everything for the bedframe. Apparently after they set it up they told her “well looks like you have to sleep on the couch tonight”. My mother isn’t in good health, she’s battling a sickness and she is so upset about this that she just hung up the phone in tears. This company and the man, Mike, who sold this to her ought to be absolutely ashamed.

My wife and I shopped at this store on Thursday to purchase a GE850 series washer and dryer. Salesman Nick C. waited on us. We left and shopped a little more ay a few other locations and decided we would go back to the store. Made several calls to Nick and left a message so we could be sure of the price before we returned. It's now Friday and no return call. We ended up purchasing the same machines at Lowes. It's surprising to me that a salesperson would not return a call and miss out on a $2,000+ sale opportunity.
