My personal opinion , they have worked together for some time, because of the friendly atmosphere as well as all of my prescriptions being filled in a timely manner.. It took 3 days longer than it should have and Nathan at your pharmacy went above and beyond calling the hospital and doctors in Louisville, working to get it all approved because there was an insurance issue too. He is a great asset to your company, in these days of non existent customer service he is a true professional.”
“I visit here often and I never leave disappointed. I actually have became slightly obsessed with Walgreens. Madison that works here is a literal angel. I adore her and she never acts frustrated even times when I’ve came in like 10 minutes before they closed. I didn’t get the girl or guy that helped me tonight’s names but they were sweet too. I misread a sale price and needed to return something and she didn’t get mad at all. The guy and girl weren’t mad that I was browsing while they were trying to close. They also always really have amazing deals. Service is top tier and the store stays stocked, yall are killing the retail game at this location. ❤️”

It can go faster inside even when busy since they can get two registers open. Also too many people use the drive through so I never use it... prices are so/so, I mean it is Walgreens...”

“I've been Loyal to Kroger Pharmacy for years. However, as of late its not quite what it used to be. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone most of the time, I've had to call 6+ times over a 6 hour period to reach them before. They have run out of my medication more than once, and I've had in-app refill requests get completely removed/deleted without any notification, and didn't find out until I go to pick it up. All in all I still usually can get my meds, even if a little later than anticipated, and their prices are cheaper than many places, so I will still give 4* for the times it does go smoothly.”

“Everything. That's what this store has, everything. It is ginormous with clothing, auto supplies, sporting goods and hunting licenses. The groceries include hot meals, deli favorites and the regular produce, frozen and canned goods that most stores carry. It could be a chore getting around because the stores really are that big.”
