I had an emergency I had lost my nitroglycerin I went to the store explained my situation and had my Nitros inside of 20 minutes I told him I really appreciated the fast service under the circumstances

Tree times they told me they’ll refill the order. I get there two hours later they tell didn’t have it but they will fill it now wait 30 minutes. Asked why they said because there’s Oder orders ahead of me. They couldn’t pick up the phone and call me to let me know they were waiting for orders to come in which would be fine.but no it’s too much trouble for them and no trouble for me to drive 40 miles. If you can go somewhere else please do. And pharmacist is very rude and smart mouth. I’ll will never go look at those incompetents people!!!

I've been to the pharmacy 2 days in a row to pick up a medication that I really need. The medication was ordered 3 days ago. I went yesterday to pick it up and was told that the ordered couldn't be processed until the next day. I went back today and a different person waited on me and said there was nothing ordered. I pulled up my Baptist My Chart to show proof that it was sent there. The person waiting on me said that the request was still in process and she would have to order the medicine. I will have to drive back again tomorrow. Who knows what they will tell me tomorrow. This is the most disorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. I would recommend anywhere but here. I'll be moving my business elsewhere

Consistently terrible. At this point it’s our own fault to keep our family’s prescriptions at Meijer pharmacy, as they have progressively worsened with their service over the years. Prescriptions are rarely ready even after being notified that are ready. They seem completely indifferent to our stress when we’re trying to get insulin for our son and they often make light of the fact that we might be able to get it at a later date (maybe). It seems to start from the top down. The male pharmacist is the least compassionate of their staff.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I have been so frustrated today with the urgent care center I took myself and three sick children to. Alicia (unsure of spelling) is an angel, and has been so kind and patient with me. Truly grateful for people that care!

No where near as good as it used to be. I'd give no stars if it was a choice... Do waste your time getting a prescription that requires syringes. They charge $10.99 now for 2 syringes and then only give 1. Not the first time this has happened. Different stories each time. They completely lie and makeup a "pretend prescription" stating that your prescription has run out however the doctor they put on the label who supposedly "prescribed" the syringes is no longer in practice. At least pick a current doctor to put on label. Perhaps the doctor who prescribed the medication. Transferring all. Will not use this pharmacy anymore

No communication with doctors despite the fact that they claim THEY contact my doctor for a PA (My doctor says she had never been contacted by them). This is the fourth time I’ve had an important medicine delayed by a week or more because they can’t communicate. My doctor even preemptively sent a prior authorization with the prescription once because she knows the issues this pharmacy has and they ignored it and delayed my medication by a week because they were just twiddling their thumb and doing nothing. Most of the staff is fantastic and incredibly nice but their system and practices are abysmal.

I drove all the way to them, even after they called me to remind me of my appointment. 12.2 miles. I drove all the way in for a fifth COVID vaccine. Once I got there, I was told they had already given me the vaccine. Then I had to drive all the way back home. GRRR!

My Rx was back ordered at my regular pharmacy. I called Meijer and they were super helpful. Looked to make sure they had it in stock and could fill it, took all of my info so it would be ready, got coupon information and navigated insurance with me. Victoria was especially helpful. Very impressed with all of the service I’ve had from the Meijer pharmacy staff.

I received a text that my meds were ready for pickup, only to be told they were on backorder and wouldn't be ready for SEVEN more days. This has happened twice before at this location, albeit only a few days on backorder the previous times. I know there are lags in shipping right now, but I called days ahead and gave plenty of notice for my medication refill and they were STILL unable to get me my meds. I will not be filling there from here out.
