I have been a loyal Meijer shopper for years. The last two times I have been there, I have been overcharged for several items that I didn't catch until looking at my receipts. Both times I contacted them, both times I got zero response. At least acknowledge and apologize. It wasn't a large sum of money, maybe $7-$8 but now has me wondering how many times I haven't noticed. Get the full receipt and check it each time.

Do not ever trust the hours of the pharmacy. Always call ahead, and even if you do so, know that you may show up and they've already closed early. Happens all the time. It's exhausting. Definitely not worth driving for this one anymore. We will be switching. The customer service at this store in general is awful for the most part, so no real loss.

Horrible service from Richmond ky Meijer. A loved one from my family was harassed by an employee near the exit. Accused my family member of stealing when we payed and I had my receipt. The alarm went off the employee charged and cornered my family member. After taking the bag out of my cart she had to open it up there was five dollars worth of jewelry. She then threw the bag back in my cart. Horrible service don't go there. I wish I could give zero stars.

This is a nice and clean location that seems to always be busy. Great variety of product here. Good prices and sales. Live the mperks program. The layout of the store has a bit hard to get use to as some things are placed oddly. Still a great store.

Racism is LIVE AND WELL with most, if not ALL the employee's of this Meijer location!! Hands down the worse experience of my life, I've never been somewhere so terrible that employees look down on you and refuse to completely help you all because you have the same color of their skin. The management here is complete joke!! I wish I could say they didn't understand me but as someone that born and has lived in the USA for 32 years, I'd like to believe my English is pretty damn good.

I give Meijers a 10 out of 10. I was very impressed how nice the employees are and helpful. Meijers has a much better selection on alot of my items.I will definitely drive a few extra miles to Meijers than Walmart anyday.

Super easy and convenient for us. Prices some of the best in town. Layout is a little different but easy to navigate after a few trips. Clean and friendly. Would recommend that buggies get updated. Feel like we're cursed with bad buggies / wheels that won't roll, make noise, or want to drive nascar.

This is my go to grocery store. It is conveniently located and usually a quick in and out if I need it; however, the fruits and vegetables haven't been very fresh and sometimes have to be thrown away before eaten. Cashiers are sometimes in short supply when needed but the self service is a good option.

Produce is usually fresh without bruising, I always get prompt courteous help at the deli, the store is usually well stocked and they now have apple pay! Just as soon as they get a "click-list" option like Kroger we'll be all set:)

This Meijer is wonderful. The store has great prices for everything we need on a regular basis. It's conveniently located right at the edge of town where we have fast access driving from a ways out of town. The greeter is always nice and personal when I walk in. Typically, I don't have to ask a lot of questions when browsing for what I need, but when I do have to interact with an employee, they're always friendly and 4/5 times will show me right where something is. I would recommend this Meijer. Also, I like to keep in mind a lot of the employees here seem to be college students probably trying to get extra money on the side or just work through college. They are wonderful people for what they do. Remember everyone, this is a Meijer, not a Saks Fifth Avenue. Best of luck to everyone!

It was our first time here. I don't understand the bad reviews. Similar in style to a Walmart. They even have a greeter. Compared to Walmart it is much more pleasant. Raspberries were so cheap I bought enough for a pie. I found a good photo album. The employees were pleasant. Someone complained about the prepared foods, but I probably wouldn't order that type of stuff at a place like this.

The service in the store as a whole is good, the deli is another story. Tried to purchase an item from the deli twice today, first time 2 visible employees wouldn't take the time to break away from their discussion to come to the counter. Second attempt, 3 employees discussing a recipe and what appeared to be a list of work for the day. I told my cashier of my struggle, her response was that she noticed the same thing when she tried to buy things on her break..AVOID THE DELI

Customer service is awful. I bought some wine at the liquor store, and when I opened it that night, it was sour. The wine had no date of any kind on it, but had clearly turned to vinegar. I called customer service the next day and told them that I know they cannot legally accept liquor returns, but asked what else they would do for me as I was now out about $20 for some expired wine. The woman I talked to was VERY rude and just kept reciting the laws prohibiting the return of alcohol. When I told her I was aware of the laws and wanted some other kind of compensation for their company selling me bad product, she just continued to repeat herself. I have NEVER dealt with customer service this bad. Any other company would have offered an exchange at the very least, if not store credit. Don't trust anything this company stocks, as they will stick you with their oversights.
