I suffer from cluster headaches and if you’re familiar, pure oxygen is the only immediate treatment. I’ve been getting my oxygen here since it was first prescribed.

When I came in the first time, they took all the time I needed to explain how to work everything and without prompting even provided me extra cannulas so I could keep a clean one at all times.

Most recently I entered another cluster and they are the only one around and I wasn’t going to be able to make it before close. I called ahead and the young lady was very sweet and understanding and offered to stay a little late just so I could get the o2 because she knew how important it is.

Being a business person myself I can tell you that, like everyone else alive, I’m sure they have bad or ‘Off Days’, I know I do and based on the impatience shown here I can only hope that my customers understand that, business owners and employees are human also and aren’t always at the top of their game but these guys have always been very good to me so even though this is my first ever “review” I felt a need to stand up for them.
