The people are nice, but the service is unacceptable. Failure to fax my doctors the test results, results in my having to print them out, go to UPS and fax them myself. Multiple times

It's very very small. Then you have to sign in using a computer that the screen you could barely read from being so dirty. I was so grossed out. Lady up front was not welcoming at all. No smile. The other location is 1000 times better and cleaner.

If you’re not open to do labs till 4:30 your hours should reflect that online (not just on your door)Amy needs customer service training terribly. If you’re so holy, treat ppl with basic kindness. The snarky tone in your voice doesn’t go unnoticed by Jesus.
