Never open on time…. Ever!!! Slow, and incompetent among various other words. You will wait a min of 10 mins no matter when or what day you go.

Never enough people to wait on you

They refuse to update the phone number on my account so the automated system does not work. At least half of the time while calling the phone is not answered.

Only giving two stars because the pharmacist is super helpful and kind but the tech not so much. My medicine was on hold and I didn't realize and was out so I asked if there was a way to pay for just a 2 day supply so the Dr/insurance could get it worked out. The tech said he'd have to ask and left it in the air for me to ask if he could, to which he loudly sighed and walked to get the pharmacist. The same tech has also been rude to my wife and has ALWAYS loudly exclaimed "this medication is a lot of money." With a very judgemental stare. We've tried to use Goodrx (to which we instantly get attitude for. Who would dare to try and save money on important medication?) but apparently they do not take it anymore (but Goodrx still has them listed as a licensed vendor to use their coupons for?) and offer their own version of a savings coupon (which is nowhere near the price of Goodrx.) The only reason I still use this pharmacy is because one of my medications is free with my insurance but it's getting to a point where I'd rather pay and not be judged than pick up free medication with attitude and judgmental glares.

Absolutely horrible! They gave someone else my medication!!! Luckily they brought it back but now know my prescription, Dr, address, phone number and possibly social. They never have my medicine in stock, nothing is ever filled on time. They no longer have the discount program or accept goodrx or any other coupons. The line is always so long and slow. And they are never knowledgeable about anything and tell you multiple different things. I originally switched because I was able to save a lot on some really pricey meds but I am moving it all somewhere else. They've left me to suffer enough.

Disrespect! Id gove zero stars if i could! Took someone to pick up her meds. They are in recovery the little girl in the drive through was rude and rolled her eyes and made faced at the prescription that was being picked up. Making my passenger cry. First off ,oh no you won't and get away with it. This person is trying to recover from an addiction because she had cancer in her neck and throat you absolutely won't show her any kind of disrespect and make her cry. Girl at the window knew by the time I had my say how I felt the situation and boy did her attitude change! I hope she has the day she deservesfor the rest of her life! I will not allow her to get her meds or any meds from there again. No one in my family will. Richmond KY Kroger Pharmacy needs to check their employees. Having an opion on someone's treatment is not your job!

They're always on point. Have never had an issue in the 16 years we've been getting our prescriptions here.

I've been Loyal to Kroger Pharmacy for years. However, as of late its not quite what it used to be. It's hard to get anyone to answer the phone most of the time, I've had to call 6+ times over a 6 hour period to reach them before. They have run out of my medication more than once, and I've had in-app refill requests get completely removed/deleted without any notification, and didn't find out until I go to pick it up. All in all I still usually can get my meds, even if a little later than anticipated, and their prices are cheaper than many places, so I will still give 4* for the times it does go smoothly.

If you come here, be prepared for a long wait. They are extremely slow. Not sure if it is a staffing problem or what, but I am getting ready to switch pharmacies, even it means paying more for prescriptions.

I went to the doc at 2:20 yesterday on my lunch, prescription should have been ready by the time i got off at 6, went there, waited an hour for a prescription i was told was ready only to be told an hour later that it wasnt ready and to come back tomorrow. I came back and was on the phone with management because i was going to be getting there right at closing time and they closed the window and were trying to refuse service. I had been waiting 2 days for an antibiotic that I desperately needed!! I went in and explained the situation calmly and the worker literally threatened to call the police on me because i was yelling and using not so nice words because i was fed up with the absolute unprofessional behavior there. I will absolutely not be coming there again. Would give -5 stars if i could.

Placed order for my meds that I was out on Wednesday. I had to call my dr to get refill. I get a text from Kroger later saying it’s ready to pickup. My girlfriend goes there and picks up 3 meds. She gets home and none were the one I needed. I called Thursday and Friday and no answer. On Saturday I call again and ask for status update. It said the med I need isn’t available for refill. I called 3 times on Saturday and it Rang until voicemail. Today made day 5 of not having my depression med and going through withdrawal. My girlfriend went back up there to find out what’s going on. Not only did she get called a liar, she was misgendered several times even after correcting them. They threatened to call the cops on her just because she was advocating for me. They finally gave her the 60mg they didn’t give me. They kept saying they gave me my Cymbalta the day she picked up my other meds. They didn’t. They only gave me lovothyroxine, busprione, and bupropion. I will never use Kroger pharmacy again. They should be ashamed!!!

I had a prescription sent at 2 pm in the afternoon. It wasn’t ready at 630 pm. Guy said he could get them to start on it soon after waiting for 30 min in line first… when your the one sick with flu and only one able to get meds. No wonder you already have poor reviews

The people who work here are very nice, but the pharmacy has a HUGE problem with their drive thru. They’ve got to put a timer or something on how long people can sit at the window. I literally just waited 20 minutes for a single car and ended up having to get out of my car to ask the entire line to backup so I could get out.A normal person with average self awareness would think “Oh wow, I’ve been sitting at this window for a really long time. Maybe I should park and go inside or pull up while the pharmacist completes my order so some of these other 18 cars can get their prescriptions too.” Or even better, “maybe I’ll call ahead and make sure my prescriptions are ready to be picked up before I park my butt in this line and make all these other people wait on me too.” Or best, sign up for text messages and they’ll literally text you as soon as it’s ready to go! But apparently these people don’t fill their prescriptions at Kroger. Because this was legitimately the 4th time it’s happened to me here.Seriously, what in the world takes 20 minutes? Are you dropping off the written prescription and when they say “ok that will be ready in 20 minutes” you think “awesome! I’ve got so many interesting things to say to Facebook! I’ll just shut off my engine and hang out!” Do you think all 18 of us are just back there tailgating the pharmacy drive thru like a football game? Seriously. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?! I’m sorry you don’t have anything to do, but the rest of us are busy! IT’S WHY WE’RE IN THE DRIVE THRU!So again, the people who work there are very nice. But they’re probably too nice. Definitely too nice to tell someone to get their *** out of line. This pharmacy needs a policy that says if it’s gonna be longer than 5 minutes you either gotta come in or you gotta park and wait while we fill the order. (You woulda thought the well-text-you-when-it’s-ready feature would have solved this issue. But I guess that technology is too basic for these super important people.)All these words to write and it still took less than half the time that I wasted waiting for one single car in the drive thru. I wish we didn’t live around so many people who are completely unaware of how to function in a society with people other than themselves. But until that day, PLEASE CHANGE THIS KROGER!

Always professional and caring. I love using Danville, KY Kroger pharmacy. They even offer a membership that saves us a ton of money!
