I’ve ordered the same Eddie Bauer polo shirt 4 times. The order was for a black xl polo. The distribution center has sent 2xl each time. I ordered 5 shirts per order and every order is delivered with 2xl. I’ve called the support number and they still cannot get the order correct. I keep returning with hopes that the next order is correct. The shirts are comfortable and I ordered to wear at work. It’s getting comical at this point. Jamie

They didn't have scrubs, but I did find pants and polo shirt for my first day at work. I could shop all day at Kohl's.

Overall, the Richmond, Ky Kohl's is Wonderful. Had 1 issue in the back return area with 1 girl but was corrected quickly by another women. Checkout was easy and clerk was sweet. All other times in the store were great.

I’m very disappointed in the direction the Richmond, Kentucky Kohls’s store has gone.
I’ve shopped there since it first opened & it was one of my favorite stores in Richmond.
They’ve decreased the selection & size of departments until it’s no longer enjoyable. They’ve also done away with their Fine Jewelry department.
I’ve purchased many pieces of fine jewelry there & did so because I could see what I was buying.
The women’s plus size department has been reduced to a tiny spot in the store, & doesn’t provide enough selection.
Belk, on the other hand, has a wonderful selection for plus sizes, fine jewelry, & other departments as well.

Great place to shop when they run their sales. The staff are great and helpful. The only issue I have is if you have something that you need to return that is little big you have to walk it all the way back of the store. I wish it was up front

I love shopping at the Richmond Kohl's. Jacki checked me out and always helps me check all my discounts. This store is always so clean and easy to find items I am looking for.
