Yesterday around 7pm I went to kid to kid for the second time after swearing I’d never go back after the last experience. My first experience here in August I was met with horrible attitudes, rudeness and arrogance. I sold clothes and donated what didn’t get bought, only to go back a few days later and the clothes that was “out of style and in poor condition” to be hanging on the rack for sale. Yesterday before I went, I called to make sure they were still accepting clothes and the lady was polite and said yes. So I went to the store and was greeted the same way I was the first time. Before I even made it to the counter a skinnier lady that was wearing a grey hoodie was yelling (yes actually yelling at me) and said she would only take one bag. She was very rude and snarky not only to me but to her coworker, which was the lady that answered the phone. The lady in the grey hoodie just had a nasty attitude and was unwilling to help. I told her I wanted back the clothes that wouldn’t be bought and she said I would have to make the trip (an hour) back to Richmond to get the clothes because they wouldn’t get done until the following day. The nice worker (that was wearing headphones) stepped up and said they were busy and wouldn’t be able to get to it and apologized, while the lady in the grey kept making smart remarks. I got a call this morning and was told out of the bag and a half I dropped off they could only buy 10 items for $9.60. Even though I know the clothes I dropped off are in style and was in good condition I let it go. I called back and asked what would be a good time to pick up the clothes that weren’t bought and was told they had already been donated even though I told the lady in the grey hoodie I wanted them back. Moral of the story, don’t take your used clothes here because not only will they rip you off but they are so so so very rude.

I absolutely love this place. I have always been welcomed in by smiling faces and friendly staff. The products are great and stand up to their potential. If my grandchildren grow out of their items I can return it for store credit or replace it with new items for the same child or one of my other grandchildren.. Thank you Kid2Kid for being a major part of my life.

Owner won’t go to the bank and get cash. Store credit only at this store. Selling items for well over triple what they pay for em. If you’re looking to buy or sell I’d just have a yard sale then go elsewhere. I’ll never waste my time driving back again and I used to recommend this store but I’ll be sure to tell every soul I spoke to that I was wrong. Going downhill fast for sure.

Highly disappointed in the prices. Some of the clothes in Kid to Kid are the same prices as buying them new. I’ll give them two stars because the store is clean and organized but the prices are ridiculously high.

This is a great place to shop for your little ones for anything from shoe and clothes to toys. Also a great place to shop for stuff like strollers and highchairs and walkers for your baby's. I also really like the fact that they will buy gently used items that you are no longer in need of. We ccould all use a little extra money. Super friendly and helpful staff as well.

Last Thursday I brought in a basket full of clothing. This is my second time bringing in the same clothing. The first time I was told it needed washed. I’ve gone through since then and washed everything. I had even washed the clothes again 2 days before bringing it back in. I had already handpicked through the clothing and made sure it was up to standards with what is purchased there. So brand name and gently used. 2 girls were working up front and went through the clothes supposedly. They didn’t know I was still there shopping and called me so I went to see if they were done. Mind you it had been less than 10 minutes. They told me the clothes needed to be washed. I explained that I had literally just washed it 2 days ago. One of them said “I don’t know about that, but they all are incredibly worn and all have holes in them.” There was no sense in arguing with them but I knew they likely just didn’t want to have to go through more clothing. I packed it all up and took it out to my car again. I’ve since re-washed everything and looked at it as I’ve folded it up again and not only did it still smell like detergent before I even did that, but literally it was all hardly worn at all because it was primarily baby clothes, it’s all also brand name as well.My husband and I were shopping and picking through clothes with literal stains on them and way more worn out than what I had brought in.Our family will not be wasting our time one more time with this place selling or buying. I’m tired of feeling like trash by the employees there for no reason and it is freaking work to go through all that to bring it in all to either get a dime back or sent home with literally everything. We’ve now used kid to kid in 4 different locations and this the absolute worst one. The employees just have it as paid hangout time it seems like and they only care about keeping the business going as they feel like it.

Tried to take a tote in. Online it says 7:30 for buys as well as the door. Also no note was on the door stating any earlier. It was 7:05 when I walked it and the girl wanted to get a attitude and say they stopped at 7. I said well online it says 7:30 as well as your door and she said well it's not right you should've called while having a attitude. It's ridiculous. Change your buying hours. Put a sign on the door. Post on your Facebook page. And get some better workers with less attitude.

Not sure that it's worth the gas and time to drive there. Received 30 or 40 cents for each thing. Clothes were very gently used. They wouldn't take half of them due to stains. My mom and I must both be blind because I can't see any stains, and she can't either. I bought a maternity shirt from there months ago, and it came with a stain that I overlooked. A lot of the clothes there have tiny fuzz balls all over them. None of the stuff I brought to sell have those fuzz balls. However, you can find some really cute clothes in good condition if you look through everything.

I used to be able to give 4 stars atleast. I used to enjoy selling my stuff here. Basically it just depends on who sorts through your items, and whether or not they feel like sorting it. Or if they see a few things they dont want so they dismiss the rest because they have other things to do. I've been offered $60 for a bag full, and I've been offered $30 for a WHOLE TOTE of NICE THING. I recently took in quite a bit of barely used preemie clothes, books, toys, boots, a coat, and a ton of other nice toddlerclothes and was pretty upset with the money they gave me. But, I have a pretty good idea of what I am going to do now, and I will take my stuff elsewhere from now on. I'd rather give it to someone who can really use it than to get cheated for it. It's okay though...I have a plan
