DO NOT GO HERE. Nov 2021. The one and only time I ever went to this place. I told my stylist that I wanted some wispy fringe. She TWISTED MY BANGS and chopped them then tried to curl them under to hide the fact they were uneven and did not blend in with the rest of my hair. Its like she watched some tiktok trends of what not to do and decided i was her guinea pig for the night. When she was cutting "layers" another stylist had to come correct her mistake bc she took a huge chunk out in the back. My bfs stylist didn't know what to do with his hair and kept asking me what to do. DID EITHER of those girls get their cosmetology license bc that was BY FAR the worst experience at a salon I've ever had. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for a botched job I had to fix when I got home. Unreal.

Jacob was a breath of fresh air ! went to get husband a suit. Jacob was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, attentive to details and gave constructive suggestions. He was pleasant and patient. We would highly recommend JACOB. Husband bought suit and left with a smile. Thank you Jacob for being such a great asset for JCPenny.

It was an amazing experience. Kennedy was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. My hair was so pretty. This is the first time in a very long time that I truly love my hair. I would highly recommend the JCPenney salon!!!!!Service: Hair coloring

Excellent for shampoos and deep conditioning. Not the place to go for natural styles, charged me $20 extra for mid back length hair and even stretch out my hair barely make it to my shoulders. Staff is great and tries to accommodate / honor services offered on website, but it takes two trips to get close. Also didn't honor the new customer discount.

The girls here always take care of me. They inform me of what will happen when I go off the beaten path. Never been a fan of dept store salons but they changed my mind.

I was told I had an appointment at 2:30 and was told to come back at 3:30 when I arrived on time. I said I wouldn’t be making was appointment again and was just told, “sorry”. The hairdresser did not have a client with them at the time.

Loved jcpenny until I tried to go here for Black Friday and omg I truly believe the 500$ and 100$ coupon off for first in line is a scam I stood outside their door for 7 hours just to get a 10$ coupon but at least I know better for next Black Friday this store will not be on my list

Went to get my hair done and your supposed to feel good when you leave nope not me! I think my 11 year old could have done a better job! I paid too much money to have got what I got! Never again! Stay away! That woman new I hated it she kept making up reasons as to why it looked so bad of course none of them was her fault! I should have known better and went to where I normally go! 👎 she did say if I came back she would fix it for double the cost!
