“I stopped by the Richmond Ace Hardware store today and picked up a piece of tubing to drain the oil out of my 13 year old Husqvarna mower. The sales associate was very helpful and offered some very insightful tips. As a hardware store in Madison County, Kentucky, it stores quite a comprehensive selection of bolts, screws, washers, nails, hooks, chains, tubing/hose. They have tools, grills, pocket knives, and so on. Typically, there is little to no waiting in line.”

“I can’t thank Harbor Freight enough for the incredible customer service I received, especially from John, the manager, and his amazing team. I arrived 5 minutes after closing, panicking because I had purchased the wrong jack earlier in the day. To my surprise, John graciously stayed open 10 minutes late to help me exchange it. One of the employees even carried the heavy jack from my car into the store and then brought the new one back out to my car, saving me the hassle of lifting it myself.
I was incredibly stressed, but John and his team went out of his way to make sure I felt safe, reassuring me that everything was fine and taking care of the exchange quickly. The entire staff was incredibly polite, and their kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. I truly hope upper management recognizes this team for their outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
