Great customer service. Very honest business. My engagement ring simply needed the prongs tightened and when I got my ring back, it was perfect, just like new, cleaned and buffed. I also bought a wedding band to go with my engagement ring and it was exactly what I was looking for, plus the price was a good deal. I got it on sale. My lifetime warranty purchase was nice because they guarantee jewelry bought from them replacing stones that may fall out or damage to the ring. Made me feel more confident with my purchase. Would def recommend this place!

The staff at Gwen’s is absolutely amazing. Not only did they help me out with preserving my grandmothers precious pieces, I found a set of earrings that I have been looking for. Such an amazing business and will be using them for future purchases as well. Thank you again!

Excellent experience tonight at Gwen's Fine Jewelers. My husband and I are fairly new to Richmond and we are slowly finding out our go to locations for many services and shopping. I visited the store around Christmas and was taken such good care of even though I didn't make a purchase. I did come back to the store today for my special Valentine a new Wedding Band. Once again, I was treated with respect and just as things were explained to me when I visited in December was confirmed again tonight. Amber took great care of me. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and taking care of me on this late evening. Amber, Gwen and everyone was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I will definitely be back to shop with you in the future. Thank you also for the extended shopping hours on this special day for those of us that were not able to shop sooner. My husband loved the ring as well. We will be back for sizing.
