They were terrible. Did not give me the cut I wanted. She choped off all my hair and gave terrible layers. All they do is talk to each other instead of focusing on your hair. Never ever will I go there again. She was awful. I hope she reads this too. Bad bad bad very bad service. Worse place I've been too. Anyone who reads this DO NOT GO THERE!! I'm so crying over my hair?

at 6 we checked in for an appointment to get my mil's hair washed and trimmed. We arrived at 6:15, we had 1 person ahead of us and 2 that checked in after us. The stylist told us they couldn't do us since if they did the 2 that checked in after us wouldn't be able to get done before 7. Seemed unfair since we checked in before them and well before 7. Second time something like this happened where we witnessed someone coming before closing and being denied.

I told Sydney I wanted a point cut and no razor cut because I have thin hair and it shows razor marks but she used the razor anyway and when I said I didn’t want it she said she always uses a razor on hair like mine so I said thank you left a $2.00 tip and left VERY unhappy; I don’t ever argue with a stylist because they will mess your hair up even more than it already is and I always tip well but not today.

I went there to get my bangs cut right? I’ve had bangs for years and they were past my nose, I showed the lady the picture and she did a horrible job, I’m sitting in my room and crying now, their choppy and uneven and way to short, do not go to this hair salon, they do a terrible job, I’ve tried to style it, I’ve wet it and Ive straightened it and curled it, it’s horrible and uneven.

Got a coupon in the mail and was desperately overdue for a trim so thought I would give it another try (the last time I was there several years ago, the stylist was very rude). I decided to add a shampoo as well. I couldn’t even tell if he had rinsed all of the soap out of my hair. I told him I wanted 2 to 3 inches off, I honestly think he just went around, trimming off the dead ends, and I don’t even feel like my hair is even. And for the bonus, he didn’t even finish blow drying my hair dry, it was still obviously wet when I left the salon. This is my third time going to a great clips and second time coming to this one, never again. I’ll pay the extra money to go to a proper salon and get a proper haircut.

Walked in 5 minutes before close needing a trim. No customers were in the store Was going to pay a large tip due to the lateness of my arrival but I heard the one girl say to the other "tell em we're closed". Very poor customer service and I won't come back here nor recommend it to anyone.
