Took vehicle in for oil change today. Guy came out to discuss other issues showing me multi point inspection sheet. Suggested I replace air filters (engine and in cabin). I asked if they looked at those filters today? He responded yes. I told him that was odd since I replaced them myself yesterday!! We went to car together to view engine filter and he said yeah, it looks ok to me. WTH??? So, you just wanted me to give you $80-$90 for the heck of it?!?! Wonder how often this happens?? Not happy Richmond NISSAN! Sad way to do a long time customer. Or, anyone for that matter.

Dropped off our Murano for a squeaking noise the week before vacation. They called and said that the rear coupler and pinion needed to be replaced. Andrea worked hard to get it fixed under our warranty and to get the parts sent overnight so our car could be repaired before we left for vacation. They got it done and the car drives fantastic! Big thanks to Andrea and the rest of the staff at Gates Nissan!

So far so good, staff was quick to help. Just needed a quote for now. I think my customer may be in search of a new car though, will advise them at their first availability, good thing gates name is on a lot of buildings around this location.

Replaced my transmission in my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Did a good job and fast. It took a couple of days for warranty clearance, but the actual installation, oil change and tire rotation was done in a day and a half!
