Had a great experience this morning at Gates Honda. Chris Young went above and beyond helping us decide the right make and model of our next vehicle. Chris even went to a sister dealership to find a vehicle so we could narrow down what we were looking for to make a well informed decision. Now we know for sure the Pilot was the better choice for us.

17 years ago i bought a 2007 Honda Civic at this dealership, which was at the time Valentine Honda. I have always been treated as part of the family. I recently took my Civic in for an oil change and turns out, I bought a Honda Accord through Chis House which was very polite and a none pressure sales person. Thanks Mr. House for all of your help! I recommend Chis House

Told the lady want I needed done (new battery terminals) when I made the appointment. Show up at the appointment to learn she ordered a battery replacement. The parts would need to be ordered and I would need to come back again. The price I wad quoted doubled. Better training is needed.

I went to the Honda dealership in Richmond today because I had purchased a Honda pilot for my son. The reason for the visit was to get the Honda Pilot serviced. I have never owned anything but a Toyota so, I was very leery and nervous about going into a Honda dealership. My experience here today was beyond satisfaction from the time I pulled into the service garage until the time I left. The customer service was wonderful from the cashier, to the gentleman that gave me quotes, to the other lady that was just willing to help me out to my Service Technician Mr. Matt. I also met the GM, who was extremely nice and very helpful. He even gave me his card and said that if my son or I need anything, while my son is in college, to not hesitate to call. I cannot say enough good things about Honda of Richmond. Thank you for making this a great experience for me.

I had the best experience at Gates Honda while trying to find a vehicle that met my needs/requirements. Austin Mikel was very helpful in narrowing down the options for me to test drive. He was very personable and understanding with the circumstances. All of the staff were thorough and patient while helping me through the purchasing process for being an out of state customer.
