Ordered 3 pizzas only got two called store told Erica (if that's even her name) she said 3rd pizza wasn't on her order. I told her my receipt in front of me shows it was paid for . Then lied to me . Wouldn't make my pizza. Corporate will be called. Very bad and rude customer service!!

Ordered 3 pizza pasta cheese bread and sauces. It got delivered fast but we were missing a whole pizza and called to see if they would deliver it and they said it wasn’t on the receipt. Well I have the receipt that says I paid for that pizza asked if we could send them a picture for proof and they said yes and gave us her number. Well they gave us a fake number .

Forgot 2 of the three sauces I ordered with my food. I do routine food reviews and decided to give this place a shot after my friends complained about this location. They were correct. Wings have a very VERY small amount of sauce on top of forgetting the extra sauce I ordered. This borders false advertising. Some of the wings only got sauce after I rubbed them together. Pizza itself was under done and small.Better off saving money just going to Walmart for frozen wings and pizza. Cheaper and tastes better.

Ordered 2 pizzas on January 2 around 11am for lunch at my job. Finally showed up around 2pm after numerous calls to see where my order was. I was told by a female employee that it wasn't their problem if my pizza that I already paid for hadn't arrived yet.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a delivery from this Dominos Location there is a Problem. They gave me a CREDIT for a delivery order that they MESSED up… when I tried to redeem the credit they said I had to pay an Additional delivery fee. I ALSO had a recent delivery FAIL! In which they had to replace a FULL pizza! THIS is how my Last order was delivered to me… I am so disappointed with this location being its the only Dominoes in the area. Big WASTE OF MONEY

There emergency pizza promotion is a big fat joke just to get you to order pizza, have followed the promotion to the T several times and I have still yet to get a emergency pizza, emailed corporation more then once about it and they ignore me with no response.

Literally order pizza from anywhere else but here. It is ALWAYS a disaster ordering from Dominos in Richmond, KY. The final time I ordered from here I placed my order at 6:30 pm. Once it hit 8 pm and the tracker had not changed status from quality check, I called the store to ask where my pizza is. The girl who picked up said "oh, you're the order we lost." I asked her to explain what she meant and she said she'd get the manager. When the manager got on the phone he said "We accidentally gave your food to someone else." I explained that you should contact the customer in situations like these instead of nothing. I asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund. He took care of that but not once apologized for any of this. He was obviously trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible. About 8:55 pm I had a knock on my door....it was dominos with the pizza. I told him I cancelled the order almost an hour ago and did not want this pizza. He said "but..." and I closed the door on him. If this was the only time something like this had happened, I may have gave them a second chance but something is wrong with the order EVERY TIME. Sometimes it's super late, sometimes it's not sliced, some times they outright ignore your contactless request no matter how manner times you put it in the notes and click the button, sometimes it's just a completely wrong order. If you call the store and tell them this, though, they will be rude every time (even hung up on me before). Just the worst

Had a large order for a work crew, great communication and the pizzas were ready super quick! No issues, good service!
