ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! they messed up my boyfriends taxes the year prior, then when we tried to fix it and file our own this year, they gave us someone else’s TAX PAPERS, just because they had “similar names”. The social security numbers were mixed up between the two parties, as well as the AGI numbers. After finally figuring out why they kept rejecting his taxes, we went up there for a THIRD TIME TO GET THEM TO FIX IT. They refused to give us numbers that we needed.
Do not ever go here, they messed ours up so bad. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Awful! I was a student and they didn't file it correctly. I waited for over an hour and then when i was called back the lady barely talked to me for 5 minutes. I didn't get my refund for being a student. And the IRS sent me a letter saying how they messed up and that I didn't owe the irs money but i also wasn't getting any money. You know how bad you have to mess up when the irs doesn't ask for money?

I wish I could give them no stars I have been a customer for over 18 yrs and never had a issue till this year. For starters they put someone else's account info on our direct deposit and now we r having difficulties trying to get our refund I called them to ask what was going on and all they told me was somehow numbers for messed up I was never informed there was a issue even after they knew there was an issue to say I'm disappointed is a understatement I'm not as mad about the refund as I am about the way I was treated will not be using them anymore

These people have messed up my taxes ever since the new People have taken over. I had to call the state wondering why I was shorted so much on my tax refund. (many hundreds of dollars ) I was told my taxes weren't done right. College money paid forms was to be sent to both state and federal they weren't. Tithes proof wasn't sent. That wasn't all of it. Was told state would most Lilly audit us. So this year I have to figure out and I'm sure I'll pay plenty out how to clean last years mess up. There have been mishaps in the last few years but not as big of a deal. They don't know what they are doing. When you bring it up to them they want to charge you again to fix their errors...They aren't inexpensive so there is no reason to use them expect yodnt have to wait in line like you once had to.
