Got a text it was the last day to pick up a prescription I had forgotten about. But when I got there I was informed they put meds back if they haven’t been picked up 3 hours before closing. The only reason I gave 2 stars was they did refill it quickly. Seriously though, why not put them back the NEXT MORNING instead of the same day people are informed they needed to be picked up!

They charge a premium for all of their products, and try to entice customers by lowering the prices to a normal value and calling it a "discount". There is little reason to go here when Family Dollar and Habitat Restore are right down the street. During a visit, I tried using a coupon with the self checkout machine. So I scanned the coupon, "all good", I think. It instructs me to insert the coupon into the machine. I do that, and THEN it tells me my coupon is not applicable for the items I am buying. No reimbursement. A coupon gone, just like that, when they willingly chose to program the machine to destroy coupons. That is so anti-consumer.

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. What pharmacy store ever has bathrooms like this?!! Its 11:20am. The floors look like they were mopped with nasty toilet water days ago. Dried feces and urin all over the seats and pedestal of the toilet. Thanks appear not claimed in days either. If you was to think apocalyptic movie and they go to a pharmacy Scavenging for stuff and somebody says they got to go to the bathroom this bathroom is what you would expect.

At CVS on Main Street I had a great experience during check out with Randal. It was almost closing time and he was very friendly and made the checkout process easy and quick. He applied my coupons and informed me of others. We had a nice conversation about couponing. Great employee!

CVS this is awful! No telling how long it has been this way for that trash to pile up like that. Please have someone clean those bathrooms every shift change

The doors were locked at 9:20 even though they're supposed to be open until 10pm.

Staff was very uncaring in the pharmacy. The people I talk to acted like I was in their way. I think it should be the other way around I’m the one in pain I just need to talk to somebody that cares.
