The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. What pharmacy store ever has bathrooms like this?!! Its 11:20am. The floors look like they were mopped with nasty toilet water days ago. Dried feces and urin all over the seats and pedestal of the toilet. Thanks appear not claimed in days either. If you was to think apocalyptic movie and they go to a pharmacy Scavenging for stuff and somebody says they got to go to the bathroom this bathroom is what you would expect.

At CVS on Main Street I had a great experience during check out with Randal. It was almost closing time and he was very friendly and made the checkout process easy and quick. He applied my coupons and informed me of others. We had a nice conversation about couponing. Great employee!

Staff was very uncaring in the pharmacy. The people I talk to acted like I was in their way. I think it should be the other way around I’m the one in pain I just need to talk to somebody that cares.

My doctor sends my prescriptions in at least a week before they're due every month because they have to be ordered. More than once now have they not cared or bothered to check to ensure it's in stock when needed. They directly cause severe issues in my treatment by their severe lack of compassion and pure laziness No excuse, it's pure laziness

The CVS on main did not have a medication we needed however they told me how to find it and then sent the prescription to the pharmacy that did have it. This was done in less than an hour. Since this was a prescription for my small grandchild I was so pleased with how quickly and easily this situation was taken care of. Top marks to CVS!

After waiting 23 minutes on hold to this pharmacy I hung up and called again to get a prescription transferred. A process I've done with this specific pharmacy 2 times prior. The woman on the phone told me she couldn't do it without an address I said I'm not sure where it is I got a text about the update. She repeated she needed an address I said have you tried Taylorsville road (I used to live in a separate city and that's the one I remember) she said she tried all of them (then how haven't you found yhe right one? Liar) She asked again for the address and said she can't do it without it. I said but I dont.. and she hung up on my face. So I called back and a man answered, I asked for her name for the review and he said there were 4 women there (which may be true but only 1 just left the phone and the lady was actively talking in the background) waited 2 minutes on hold and he put me on the phone with a new lady who transferred my prescription without an address, go figure, it actually is possible.TL;DR: horrible customer service, and improperly trained employees at that
