If I could give no starts i would. HORRIBLE.
My husband went here to get his phone charging port repaired. We paid up front for the repair, a day later they called back and said they had broken the phone screen and we were expected to pay for the part THEY broke. We are extremely unhappy. And out almost 600 dollars because they broke the screen. Has to be one of the worst places I've ever been too.

I mean you can get a shattered screen on an expensive phone replaced for ~$200 in less than 2 hours making it feel like new again - what's not to love about it. Exceptional service, lifetime warranty, and friendly folks to boot.

Definitely the place to get your iPhone battery replaced. Genuine Apple battery and certified through apple. Charge was 90$ as of June 2024. Not sure about other work. The problem with replacing iPhone batteries are they’re junk batteries you get from Amazon. When installed, they can cause screen jitter and non responsive touch. Would recommend sticking with genuine apple battery.

My elderly father came in there and was charged $100 to move his data over from one cell phone to the next. Now, I’m not blaming this business completely but I do think that’s excessive and maybe they should have mentioned that metro pcs should have done that when he purchased the phone. Once I spoke to this business I got the impression they knew that to be the case but didn’t really tell him what his options were. Based on this, I really would not recommend.

Walking in, I felt comfortable with what I needed to get done. I was told it was going to take an hour, and when I came back, my battery was replaced. Replaced 2 iPhone batteries same day with genuine parts for a fair price. Apple had a server outage at the time and the team communicated with me and kept me up to date throughout the process. Great people that know their stuff.

I was having an issue with my charging port on my phone. I spoke with Chris, and he was able to find and fix the issue I was having. Super reasonable on price of services, as well as quick and professional customer service. I highly recommend CPR Cellphone Repair in Richmond!
