Terribly slow and customer service is awful. Not friendly at all. Had multiple occasions where this has been the case. Would NOT recommend going to this branch.

At this particular community trust location there is an older gentleman that is probably one of the rudest, more inconsiderate customer service/bank teller I have ever met. He acts as if any request aside putting your money in your account would kill him. Avoid this location if possible. I LOVE the berea location. They are the nicest group period.

I have been with this financial institution for years and while the services are good, there is one older man at this location that is rude and short with people. On the bright side he is consistent.

Not everyone is made for customer service had the worst experience there today ever. This branch usually the most helpful to me and its convenient but not today.Thanks to the Downtown location for getting me squared away.

Was in here today with my two girls depositing some money and got to say the lady helping me was the best customer service I have had in a long time. Its like you recruited her from Chick-fil-a. Just thought she deserved the recognition its hard to find good customer service these days.

Always have a great visit when I stop in. I elect to go inside more often than use the drive thru. Mainly because of the friendly face to face service. I have banked at this office for 30+ years. I will continue to as long as I'm able.

I love the Community Trust Bank near water street but that one was not an option that day since it was so out of the way. I normally give people three chances before I finally decide that I don't like the place but this one only got two (and one of them wasn't even my own experience. I went in with a friend). They were rude. Every little thing asked of them made it seem like you asked them to kill themselves or do the impossible. I did not feel welcomed or that they even slightly wanted me there. I felt like they really wanted me to just go away and not come back, and they got their wish. I will not return to this place but will always go out of my way to go to the Community Trust bank on water street.
