You pay for the optimum car wash and instead of the workers doing their job, they stand around talking and barely brush the car!! A waste of 18.00!

Started out coming here for services and paid for monthly service. Many times the back brushes weren't working nor was the tire cleaner. After our last visit in we noticed several dents on our vehicle as well as really bad swirl marks throughout our paint. We called and finally spoke with someone who said they were going to pass the information along to the manager and I would recieve a call back. After a week of no call back I called again and spoke with someone who asked me to bring it up so he could get pictures to his manager and they would call me back. I called back 3 weeks later after no call and told they would pass the information to the manager and they would call me back. This happened 4 more times over the course of the next 2 months and no response still. I called last week and was told by the assistant manager that he didn't know what was going on but he was going to reach out to the general manager who would be in that afternoon and promised a call back. As of today there is still no call back and no answer when we call up there.

They haven't been as thorough as before. They barely take time.to make sure car has been pre washed and brushed just spray it and send it through and I give 20 dollar tips everytime and all they worry about it well he tipped spray his wheels with brake remover or whatever service has definitely plummeted from a yr ago....

The last 3 or 4 times I have been there been very disappointed. Payed for a premium package and not once was anyone there to wipe down/dry my truck that I paid for. Then last time I went half of the brushes didn’t work so swung around to let the kid know and all said will look at at like he didn’t care and walked off. Left chemicals all over my tires bc wasn’t done properly

I paid for the Platinum wash, got to the end, and still had bugs all over front. Tripp stopped me and asked me to go back through to get it clean before I could say anything about it. He made sure it was done right! I appreciate that kind of service!

Wash was ok. But they didn't do a great job with cleaning front of car in the pre wash stage. My car was still dirty on the front like nothing was done.

Great value with membership. Staff is much friendlier than other competitors I’ve visited. They usually have someone at the end wiping off excess water. The end result is dryer than any of the competitors but you still have to touch up with your own towels. The wax and tire shine are not that great. The vacuum hoses and suction are not very good most of the time.

I really had some bug splat on my vehicle. They spray and wipe the front and back before you enter. I was really pleased with the end result.
