As a plus sized woman Cato used to be my go to for fashion, but the last several times I've visited, I literally haven't found a single garment that has been the least bit appealing. Even Walmart has better choices, which is a sad statement in itself. Please do better Cato.

I had stopped to place an order at Khins and thought that I would run into the local thrift store. I found a pair of shorts at this second-hand shop and to my disbelief they were 50.00!! Did I mention this was a thrift store? Anywhoo, I saw Catos and put the 50 buck used shorts back.Catos had a bit of everything, and I purchased 4 tops and a pair of shorts, New, may I add, all for 100 bucks.

So your Staff judges people with Tattoos apparently???!! Pre-Conceived Notions are bad for business. My GF had $200 to spend on outfits yesterday when your Saleswoman made it clear that our business wasn't welcome. Or was it the ratty hoodie my GF was wearing?? Is that why you were so hateful to her?? That was completely the reason we were there at Cato's. To replace that ratty hoodie. Do better Cato's. And do better Richmond! This world is a bigger place than your Podunk Lil Town. ,?

Clean store and friendly staff, but had limited inventory in the 24/26 sizes on the day of my visit. Cato should offer further extended sizes as well.
