So our 23 year old son got his very 1st car from a car lot in Winchester Ky he only got to drive that car twice before the transmission & engine went out on it that company was very unprofessional and very unhelpful with his situation as well. Our son was left with a huge debt & he's had to surrender his vehicle. We searched and searched for a car lot we could trust due to being burned by quite a few car lots in Lexington ky and we came across Car-mart in Richmond Ky. Mr Eric was a god sent he was absolutely amazing helping our son pick a vehicle that will last awhile with top tier warranty Car-mart in Richmond will now be the only place we buy our vehicles from Amazing People. Been searching for a vehicle for month in half and finally made the decision to go with America Car-Mart in Richmond ky, Marissa and I communicated over phone and txt messages, she was very helpful and understanding. Went and saw them yesterday and they got me in a vehicle in no time, work with my budget so I wouldn't be completely broke after the purchase. In all I would definitely recommend anyone who is searching for a vehicle and credit ain't perfect then this is the place for you to go.

Thanks Chris and Tesla for working with us, company policy isn't on you guys, we rate you a 5. Just wish we weren't charged for the week we didn't have the car and that the ac couldve been looked at but otherwise glad to have the car back.

Tesla and I came to an understanding, they did not fix everything for the car as they stated it's not covered and they still charged me for the week I didn't have the car, but they did fix the transmission. It took about a week and a half to get my car back. I rate Tesla 5 stars but the policy of the company gets 3 as charging me for the week I didn't have the vehicle doesn't make sense.I am only grateful to Tesla and the mechanic.

The complaints are true, The calls start 10am the day your payment is due & continue after you’ve spoken with them. It’s wrong to make people feel like they are nothing because they live paycheck to paycheck. It’s even worse because they cause stress & fear of losing your car with not even a reasonable grace period. They are ruthless! They abuse the fact that they can get people with bad credit a car and way over price the vehicles. They take advantage of students, single parents & anyone else who is in the process of bettering their life. If you are young and thinking about car mart , you should consider KIA , they will work with you if you make even as little as 300 a week ! & the cars are priced in the same range and are NEW you do not have to buy a junk high mile vehicle from a shady dealership because you don’t have good credit. DONT DO IT.

I needed a car they sold me one with 120,000 miles for $20,000. I’m still paying 600 a month for it & have had it for a while. they will harass you non-stop if your late even if you have already spoken to them they call everyday & will even send people to your home or work even if you’ve already spoke with them. I understand if I’m even a day late they have the right to take the car but if I’ve spoke to someone why it’s necessary to continue to cause the amount of stress they do. I also feel like they want to take the car now that I have paid over 6,000 for it just so they can sale the vehicle again and get another down payment on it,
