Came in this past Saturday before all the storms and wanted to get service was told to "go online" but the guy activated my phone in store telling me that there was "no activation charge" he conveniently didn't notify me that there would be a $35 phone set up fee. When I asked how to cancel he wouldn't give me any information besides, "don't pay your bill." Uhm dude you signed me up for auto debits to my debit card.Paying twice what I should be paying at $26.25 a month when it is advertised online at $12.50 plus tax.Now my unlocked iPhone isn't even getting the service he claimed to be putting it on.

Went to the store may 5/10/23 to 5/13/23 the store is always closed no way to run a business.

I have gone by 3 times in the last two weeks within the hours they have posted they are open only to find that the doors are locked and the lights are turned off. For example, today I went to buy my husband a new phone. Their hours posted are clearly 10:00am - 7:00pm. I arrived at 11:05am and the door was still locked with their open sign still off. If they were open during the hours posted, this review would be a different story.

I absolutely love boost Mobile if I have ever had a problem all I can do is go into the local Richmond office on Big Hill avenue the lady that works in there I can't think of her name is one of the nicest people you'll ever run into anything she can do to help you with your service your phone she will take care of the problem I wouldn't have nothing else but boots and I would recommend you pitch your service you have now in the garbage and go get boost Mobile if you don't already have it

The guy acted we were an inconvenience. We just wanted to transfer our service to another phone. He informed us we could it online for free. Which is fine, but we wanted to pay the neccessary fees and such in store. He still insisted we go online and do it ourselves. He tried to switch phones, but acted like we were such an inconvenience in his day. Now whether or not he actually was doing the process is beyond me. We were informed that the process was incomplete due to inability to switch from one carrier to another. He went on to say we could purchase a phone in store. I feel he was just giving us the run around. He didn't seem knowledgeable about his job.
