Big Lots in Richmond offers amazing deals on furniture, home decor, mattresses, and household brands. The store has tons of random items, so shoppers never know what they will find. Prices are reasonable and there are often killer sales. The service is excellent with nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The store is pretty clean, though there can sometimes be expired items on the shelves or a wish for more variety. Overall, it is a place with a little bit of everything for great deals.
It's simply alright; nothing to really point out except that there prices are lower than most places, but everything is first come first serve. Once they run out you're pretty much out of luck.

I love love love big lots they have a little bit of everything and prices are reasonable and there also having a killer sale 25% off.

The service was excellent, and what I got was great, I didn't get the two lady's names that was work l, but they both was great.
