I had a medical situation today that precluded me coming into the office so I did my first E-Visit. I want to thank the ladies at the front desk for helping me get to the proper person for a diagnosis. I also want to thank Brittney Fitzgerald APRN for getting back to me, the diagnosis and subsequent treatment and advice. As usual, I can always count on expert abilities and excellent sensitivity from the providers and office staff.

Just recently switched to Baptist Primary for myself and my 2 boys. I love the providers we have seen so far. My kids see Dr. Miller and she is absolutely amazing! She is so nice and personable, she actually listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable about most everything so far. Thank you!

Refused to give me an appointment said I needed to go to er!! No, there was no emergency and I wasn't dying! I just needed to get meds for whatever it was I had. In stead I laid in my bed getting worse for 5 days. What started out as drainage and having a little trouble breathing due to congestion turned into much worse! Thanks Baptist health for nothing. They let me run out of my meds all the time! I am looking for new Dr! Idiots!

Daphne at the front desk was horrible. There are 4 windows at check in, 2 were being occupied by other patients, she looks directly at me, then picks up her phone as if she didn't see me. Another lady on the far end, who I did not even see for her computer monitor finally peered around and asked if she could help me. She did the same thing to the gentleman that was behind me, he had to wait for a few minutes before she finally said she would help him. I get that we live in a cell phone filled world these days, but if you are going to allow employees to have their devices out at work, train them that if they have something that is that pressing, to get up and step away as it would not appear patients are just being ignored.

The people at the front desk are terrible. Had to reschedule our last appointment because the person at the front desk forgot to check us in and we didn't even get seen. Then we had to reschedule again because they couldn't get us in and they were very rude about it. Incredibly unprofessional.
