I went to the Richmond KY Avizion location 8am Monday August 5th to have the passenger window on my old 2001 Toyota Tundra replaced. The tech was absolutely charming, kind, and quite frankly, fun to talk to. He let me hang out and chat while he worked, and had my window replaced in no time. Saylor's recommended you guys to me and I appreciate that, I'll gladly do business again. 10/10 experience.

I guess it's really not bad.
Haven't had it done yet but I will soon.

Set an appointment for 8:30 am on a Saturday. And I live an hour away from Lexington ky. And nobody showed up. They said that the lady that set the appointment didnt confirm the appointment by email.
