My husband and I ordered parts 3 days in a row because they never got them the first time. We still never got the parts. Ended up going somewhere else to get them and they had everything we needed. The clerks are very rude and aren't willing to help you at all.

These folks are fantastic! My 16 year old daughter was scheduled for her driving test at 8:45AM. We checked the car she was going to take the test in the night before and all lights brakes and blinkers were working fine. As we pulled out of the driveway to head to school to drop off my youngest and head to the test, I realized the a headlight was out. We dropped off my youngest and headed to Autozone. I ran in the store and explained my situation and said I needed a headlamp in 20 minutes. Without hesitation the one crew member ran outside and started to take apart the light fixture. The other crew member found my bulb and we ran it out to the car. Those guys had the bulb fixed within 5 minutes. This calmed my girl down and she passed her test with flying colors. I can't thank this team enough for dropping everything for someone in need!! Thank you!

My current go to for autoparts. The have good quality parts, decent pricing, and amazing customer service. I have also found their tools to be of great quality and fairly priced. I really like being able to look at the computer with the associate as it allows you to ensure your looking at the right part compared to letting them make the decision. Good system.

My son & daughter-in-law we're driving back to Michigan from S.C. when they stopped at a gas station & the battery died near this Autozone, my son called & spoke with Matt. This man went above & beyond to help them and got them back on their way with a new battery. Such wonderful customer service. Again he just went above & beyond for them. Can't thank him enough.

I stopped by a place in Berea to see why my windshield wiper wasn't working ,was told by a young man I needed a motor , after a dear friend telling me the blade may need to be tightened I went to Auto Zone in Richmond ,thank you so much Stevie for being so kind and knew exactly what was wrong. Im so greatful for people like you . Stevie your awesome ??
