“HONEST AMAZING SERVICE !!! In KY from out of state for a horse show. Daughter’s titan starts acting up not starting at first try. Called the Lexington Nissan and they couldn’t see us, so we called Gates. They got us in next day, ran diagnostics, couldn’t replicate and made some suggestions to make sure she was good to get home. They didn’t over charge or try to force a repair that they knew she could get done at home when it was more convenient!! Blown away! We were at their mercy and they were so kind! Thank you!”
