I forgot the name of the Rep who helped me, but he was great. Upgraded my plan and got me a brand new red iphone 14. Was a smooth & painless experience.

AT&T sales rep Dante B. at the Richmond Ky store was absolutely the best! He was very knowledgeable helpful and explained everything! Just can’t say enough great things about this young man. I personally think he is going to move up in the company that’s how awesome he is! Go get everything you need and ask for him!

Recently went in to upgrade our phones and received excellent service from Hunter. He was efficient and thorough. Will definitely use this location again.
