It's sad how downhill the customer service has went over the past few months. There is only one friendly cashier there. I'm to the point that I don't like shopping there any more. My weekly shopping trips are coming to an end after the service I encountered today.

Love the prices. Wish they carried more, lol. I have to drive 30min to get to Aldi but it's sooo worth it. The store is always stocked and very clean

I will never be back in Aldi in Richmond again. I was told to leave with my service dog and the manager as so rude. I can’t believe how people has got in this world. So cruel but sorry never go there again. Never had no signs no where about service dogs not aloud.

Me and my husband are newfound Aldi lovers! When everywhere else is just getting crazy with their pricing, we've found Aldi to be the best bang for the buck. I'm able to buy fruits, vegetables, protein, and other goodies for the entire week without spending a car note. Quality of items are also great!

I always had great shopping experiences at this location except when encountering this one male employee name John. He's always seemed so rude. He usually stocks the products in the store, but today he was running a register. I happen to go to his register because it was the shortest and I was short on time. Also, I was trying to give him another chance and just try to be friendly. After he scans all of my items and I pay for them and take my receipt, he raised his voice at me and says "I NEED THAT RECEIPT SO I KNOW HOW MUCH CHANGE I OWE YOU!!!!" I then say "Ok, but you could be even a fraction nicer to me" He then proceeds to act as he wanted me to leave immediately. I love this location but this whole experience makes me not want to go back.

I really like doing my grocery shopping here. The prices and quality of product are good. Also, it’s easier to get in and out of, in comparison to other grocery stores. My only hang ups are sometimes the checkout line is slow, and they never seem to have skim milk.

Good place for a couple of items
Don't buy bread or cakes (previously frozen )
You have to rent their shopping carts for a quarter
and buy or bring your own grocery bags but they have a unique selection of seasonal items

It was my first time going. The produce was nice. There is plenty of cheeses to choose from. The meat selection looked to be decent and fresh.
