This honestly saddens me to post this but this boutique has gone completely downhill. I used to love shopping here and I’m not exactly sure what’s happened. The clothes are very cheap feeling (but the price does not reflect that), there’s little to no selection, not to mention it feels like the choices in inventory have little to no thought put in when purchased. The clothes you find at this boutique can be purchased on Shein for $5 a piece rather than $40… I really miss the cute and well made clothing that I used to purchase 4 years ago.

I love Adorabelles! Their clothes are so cute, unique, fun, and affordable. You HAVE to shop during their blowout sale because you will get some crazy good deals. All the girls that work there are super sweet and helpful. It's easily one of my favorite places in Richmond :)

So I shopped here, online for the first time and highly disappointed in a small business/boutique not making a situation better. I reached out with my concerns that EVERYTHING I ordered went on sale only 5 days later, without my knowledge of the sale happening. Plus an item that was way too large that I offered to send back to exchange at my expense since they charge a $5 return fee. And in return, received a 4 paragraph email of how they won't/can’t help make my situation right, not even offering a future discount or anything. That’s amazingly horrible customer service. Their reasoning was that I should have known the items would be on further sale in the future????? At the time of purchase, I wasn’t an email/social media customer so had absolutely no clue about their upcoming sale or I would have held off. I’ve shopped at numerous “boutiques” around the country and never have had this type of service. Most small business like to make their customers happy in the end. Absolutely highly disgusted and disappointed, will not recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!

Really cute clothing boutique. A little pricey but not to bad. Wish they had a return policy for your money back instead of just getting store credit though.

They have really good quality clothing that isn't cheap, so you're getting what you pay for. Their staff is the friendliest to any customer, and they're all so willing to help or just chat. I have never been disappointed!
