Ordinarily this has been my favorite Walmart store in the area around Louisville, but today trying to shop here was slow and physically painful due to the complete lack of any handicap carts.

I just hate Wal-Mart. Yes there prices are usually lower but customer service is the worst with a few exceptions. It seems they just don't care. Maybe cause people only work there because they had no other choice at the time and they are just irritable. I'm only guessing of course but I've had so much trouble. I was charged last month $36 for a bag of cherries. You would think I went before a Senate investigation panel to correct the error. Took forever just to take the dog gone things off. They treated me like I was sick for not just swallowing the mistake and quietly going home

As I was leaving the check out I happened to hear 2 checkers remark that they wished everyone would use the self check out stations. So. I asked what if everyone did ; what would they do ? Seems to me it's just another way for corporate to cut hours , or completely do away with jobs. 10/17/22, I really wish I could report that Wal-Mart prices had gone down, but that's not the case. I feel you get way less quanity for increased dollar amounts. 12/27/22, had a very pleasant experience today at walmart. Extremely nice and very efficient staff person waited on me. Gives me hope for walmart . April, walmart seems to be working on building this stores inventory. August 2023, wal mart is wal mart. Some visits to walmart are OK, and others not so much. Some staff members want to be there, while others want to be anywhere else but there. I'm sure this is true for other places as well. I feel that the majority of products have changed. Good quality fir the price.

Usually has everything I'm looking for in stock... Friendly employees for the most part and the store stays clean except for the womens restroom gets very nasty at times but once brought to their attention they get it cleaned right away...
