I had an important package coming today. Everything was on track. But I randomly got a notice saying they were not able to deliver because the mail box or front door was block. This was not the case I even have it on camera. I tried to call the post office and they hung up on me twice before they refused to answer at all. I never yelled cussed anyone or anything. Only thing I said was I had an issue with a delivery, then they asked me to hold and after that was nothing. I’m hoping they will contact me again so we can get this worked out, but from what I’m seeing that’s not the case.

Their mail carriers are absolutely rude, unprofessional, trample all over your lawn when clearly stated on a sign to stay on pathway and pathway is even closer for them to get to your porch. It is clearly done intentionally! One older lady threw our mail into our cat's food bowls. The box we keep the bowls in on our porch also clearly stated in large writing to stay away from it and not to put anything on it etc. She threw the mail right in it. Absolutely rude and intentionally done. Surely she can read or at least one would hope so if she carries mail. A bit more respect for your customers and their properties would be appropriate! You expect us to be respectful when we come to the post office and wait in line, don't you?!

Honestly wish I could give this post office zero stars because they don’t even deserve the one. Mail carrier has continuously refused to deliver any of my packages and every time I’ve called or gone up there to retrieve my packages I’ve been met with nothing but attitude and nastiness. My carrier refuses to get out of her vehicle to deliver to my house and honks for me to come retrieve them from her if she notices our front door or windows open. We have tried talking to her supervisor who is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had to speak to. I’ve had to go to the post office to pick up my packages and every time I get the same rude red head behind the counter who gives nothing but ugly attitude as soon as I walk in. I’ve even asked to speak with the post master several times and have always been told he’s not there. I will be filing a complaint through their corporate office until this is fixed because it is absolutely ridiculous. If she is unable or unwilling to do her job then maybe she should no longer have it.

Most of the front workers are great, but there is one guy that does not like his job and it shows in the way he does customer service. This is the second time in a year, because I don't go very often, that he was gruff and really rude. If he was that way with me going twice in one year, then I'm sure he's like that all the time!. I realize that government workers don't catch discipline but He just should go ahead and retire. (11/06/23 11:30 a.m.) I'll be going to the Post Office in Vine Grove from now on. They have nice people.

I have no idea why there are so many poor reviews. My experience was excellent- the lady working was awesome, there was no wait, and they even highlighted my tracking number on the receipt. What more could I ask for?

Went to the post office to pick up mail that was on hold because we are currently moving into a property that someone else is moving out of. They have not moved and I wanted to ensure that we got our mail (because our daughters medical supplies, which is a necessity to live were being delivered but did not know when). I got in line. The bigger (tall) African American fellow said do you not see the sign on the floor that says keep this area clear, I said yes sorry people always stand here and so I was just standing here to wait in line to speak to one of you all. I step back a little bit and he says sir get behind the red line and keep that area clear. I said I am behind the line and I said sorry every time I have came here I have always seen people stand there so did not think anything of it. Then I put my hand on sign not thinking anything of it. He then says sir take your hand off the sign. I said are you seriously kidding me man. Literally gotten after me 4 times since I been standing here (all while he was helping another customer). I said this is Redicioulas. Finally get to the counter after being called up. The lady says hi what do you need help with. I said I put my mail on hold for the property that we are moving out of because … (she cuts me off, and says you can’t put your mail on hold for where you are moving out of). I said I am doing because we do not have another location to forward our mail to until the other property we are moving into moves out. She said well like I said you can’t put mail on hold cause it holds up everyone’s mail. I said I already did and I spoke to the other African America guy early about this and that’s not the way I was explained it. She said oh (emmual). Well imma get the postmaster and you all can talk about it. I said I believe you. I’m just asking if I can pick her medical supplies up without breaking the hold. She says no I’m getting post master. Post master handled it professionally and heard me out and understand why it was important to get this mail because of my daughter. Emmunel and post master was professional. However, the other two (tall African America guy, and white women with red/orange hair) seemed very unprofessional or stressed. Etc. treated me bad only because I was trying to get my daughters medical supplies. Very unprofessional. I have been trying for over a month to figure out why I haven't received mail since June. Everytime I call I am brushed off the phone and told I will be called back with no response absolutely the worst service and attitudes I have ever dealt with.
