They lied to me on price and then acted like it was my fault plus they cut my daughters toe and all in all are rude. There are lots of nail places do not use this one.

I recently visited T & T Nails for a full set, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Firstly, the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of service received. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process. They engaged in pleasant conversation and their customer service was exceptional. Most importantly, I absolutely loved the end result of my nails. The nail technician paid close attention to detail and skillfully executed my chosen design, leaving me with beautifully nails that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend T & T Nails to anyone looking for an affordable yet high-quality nail salon experience.

Not very friendly. Prices vary not consistent ?. The man is very grumpy and not friendly at all. He tends to get be rough with your hands. Even though I told him, I have pins in my hand to hold the bones together. He would say, relax your hand and watch tv.

ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Today’s experience was HORRIBLE! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never had a nail technician speak to me in that manner. On Tuesday February 13, 2024, I went into the salon to have broken nail repaired (being transparent I did not get my nails done here, I normally go to Louisville. But I did not want to take that drive to have one nail repaired. So, I decided to give them a chance, even though the reviews were horrible. I should have followed the review and not go at all). I paid $35 plus a $5 tip, to have my nail repaired and polished with gel polish. Today is February 15, 2024, not even a full 24 hours later and my polished started chipping and peeling off. The young lady applied 3-4 coats and then the clear coat. I went in today after calling and verifying that they would fix it. When I arrived, the male tech had an attitude as soon as I said I was there two days prior. I showed both techs the chipped polish and I asked that they remove the polish entirely and just redo it. He said that he would have to charge me for a polish change (even though I wanted the same color). There was no apology or accountability, he was just ready to say it was my fault or the fact that I had dip powder and so many other things. He basically said, he will fix my nail so that I can leave. There is another nail that will potentially chip and I asked him about it, and he said that when it does to come back again, instead of fixing it. I am extremely disappointed, but now I understand the reviews on their website. He was rude and extremely rough. No matter, the circumstance I will never go back to this establishment, I am surprised that they are still in business.

They did a beautiful job on my nails. I got Wine colored shelac nail polish with a matte overcoat. The couple doesn't seem social but that doesn't bother me as long as my nails turn out the way I want it. $45 for a fill-in, plus $5 for the matte overcoat. I'm happy with the price and service and I hope it doesn't change the next time I go there.

Went and got a full set told them I h just wanted them with no color I wanted them to look natural and they painted them this yucky color I should have said something but I'm shy and just went with it. Then when I get home my nail beds were catching on my clothes and in my hair so I called he said come in and he would take a look at it so when I got there he said it was the cuticle catching and he would have to charge me another 25 on top of the 50 I just paid to have the full set needless to say I am furious...I will not be going back and discourage anyone to get theirs done with this guy and his wife.oh and my nails are to big for my fingers. Awful that's all I can say about this business.

I just relocated here and I did a walk in at the salon. They are cold, they're not welcoming. I got a fill it was $50 and anything you want to do to your nails is additional $10.. $10 for half and $10 for the design which you see I didn't get

Don’t even try it. They can’t afford to hire employees but yet don’t know how to do a simple french tip. Both the man and the woman that work there are very rude and aggressive. They will yank your hand and they file VERY hard I almost bled. I asked for a full set with a french tip and the guy said he couldn’t do it. I ended up just getting polish and they don’t take card for whatever reason. Customer service was also bad. They need to go ahead and close down.Service: Gel manicures

I’ve come here a couple different times and it’s always the same, very rude, terrible customer service, treat you like you are interrupting their day by being a paying customer. Plenty of other places to spend your money.Services: Pedicure

I come here all the time . I show a pic of nail design I want n I get it . Polish n shaped n lasts me three weeks before a fill in . Only place I come .

These people have terrible customer service and attitudes. The man is very rude, rough and they make up prices as they go and charged me $40.00 for a fill in and got upset because I didn't have cash. Then he proceeded to tell me that he is not obligated to post a cash only sign.SN: I saw the lady recycling used brow wax and paraffin foot wax after she finished a pedicure to use on other customers instead of discarding it.
