“Had an appointment to get some tires put on that I had ordered from Tire rack. Showed up early and I think it was about 2 hours total but half of that time was waiting to get the car in, plus the 30 minutes early I was. They Inspected car and didn't try to sell a bunch of upgrades or unnecessary items or repairs. Tires look good and rides just fine. Staff was very nice and busy. Waiting area isn't bad, coffee, snacks available and a TV. Price wasn't bad for me bringing tires in to them, I'm sure I'll be going back when something is needed.”

“The crew working on Saturday August 3rd went above and beyond. I was on my way home from vacation to northeastern Indiana when my tire went flat on I-65. Radcliff Walmart was the nearest tire changing facility to my location, still 20 mins away from where I was on a Saturday evening. I called and spoke with the manager to see if there was anyway possible they could get me in to get a new tire even though it was going to be close to closing time by the time I could get there. I ended up showing up quite a bit after close but due to the nature of the situation they wanted to help get me in and get me a new tire. I am so grateful for them that evening and so very much appreciate their kindness in this situation. Great crew and management in the auto care center.”
