Staff was very friendly, attentive, and were able to get my cat in quickly. Dr. Howell was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to the issues and ask questions to make sure we did everything necessary but without running up a huge bill. Would recommend!

I was a customer since 2011. Both my dogs Rio and Yumi were their long term customers until death. They are VERY over priced with terrible customer service. I was able to get all the medications and supplements from Chewy at half their prices. I have seen their customer service went down the hill as the years went by, especially since Claire retired. Their medications are over priced. They over charged me on my Paw plans with NO explanation. I left numerous messages for a return call but they were ALWAYS busy. They sent a "text" to my house phone to ask me for more money! Their manager Monica was very unprofessional and insensitive. She had no sympathy about me losing my dog. All she wanted was to ask for more money and if I do not pay, she would send to collections. My Yumi passed away on 25 December, no sympathy card from them. My Yumi was a patient there for 9.5 years! I've since received sympathy cards and flowers from Metropolitan Vet in Louisville and Chewy. This place is all about money! Very disappointed especially after being a loyal customer for over a decade! DO NOT bring your pets there!

North Hardin Vet Clinic sees all five of my babies and they’re always great. Most recently we took in a stray and they checked her out for us on short notice when they were super busy. My husband even slept through the appointment and they accommodated us anyway. We’re so grateful they were able to see Poppy immediately so we could make sure she was healthy and safe to join our family. Thanks team!!

Hands down the best vet around. I don’t remember the vets name but she was amazing with my hamster that got sick and was so kind when we mutually decided it was time to put him down. Because of her knowledge as well as kindness and compassion, I decided to bring my kittens to this office as well. Thank you for everything with my hamster and kittens! Will be back.

We've been going here through 5 different animals. Happy with the treatment, staff, and scheduling. I do wish the lobby were a bit bigger but that's every vet I've ever been to. Good place.

Good service and nice ppl. The prices are way overpriced. 444 bucks for a cat with a urine infection and I was only there for a hour.

Everyone in the office is so kind! They were super amazing with my new adopted fur baby and helped a lot with my anxiety of taking her to the vet for the first time. Will definitely be going back with my others! Callie and I thank you for being so sweet to us!

The North Hardin Veterinary Clinic is great. The staff and doctors are caring and have been so great with my dog. They offer a great range of services and their pricing is very affordable. I will definitely continue to bring my pet here.

I was very pleased with this vet clinic. I’m not from around the area, I’ve only lived here for a couple years. I needed to get my baby in quick to get some things looked at and get him some help. I called them in the evening and the next day was able to come in. I was checked in pretty quick, and within a few mins they called us back. They were very friendly with my little man, he’s a Pit so I was satisfied with the way they treated him. It felt like no time went by when the dr came in. She checked Kobe out, anns all my questions efficiently, according to the issues I had discussed, and gave us our meds and got us on our way. Overall pleased with my experience and will be going back to take my tea cup chi. I would recommend them to anyone needing pet care!
