Never had any issues here. They literally take their time on their clients. I’ve been going to Angel for over 10 years now. I do not recall no one working there being rude.

For the first time I did my nails, I was deceived by their welcome service. They are not welcoming, when they hurt you they don't apologize at all. When asked to repeat what was said she assumes that we don't understand English, at the same time she's the one wearing a mask, speaking softly and with her accent. She also left me and went to another customer. We're both aliens so there's no need to act that way. I did not come to get my nails done for free, I paid for it. So I would recommend keeping your mouth shut, because I can understand a bit of your language too and I understood what you said to the other lady. I noticed that only Angel is the welcoming one

Angel and her mom and aunt are the best. Great customer service and always happy with my pedicure, nail and eyebrow wax.

Was very rude to my wife tonight, you can see where almost every nail needed a fillin and she was charged 45$ for it and new nails cost $50. She's wasn't told that it would be that amount until the end which didn't give her the option to choose between the two. Horrible absolutely horrible

I had to go back to her twice to fix my nail the polish was old and last 1 day charge me 30 dollars. I will not be going back ever and will not refer anyone no more . Now I have a serious fungus on my nail . What ever Angel mom and Angel used now have ate away my nail on all my finger. Do not used and there price does change after they do the work.Service: Nail art

I got a serious fungus from model nail .I went back to Angel to fix she cause more damage to my nail . I have no nail on my finger it all ate way . I do not know what she and her mom did to cause this .unless they used infected nail polish and gel . My finger hurt. Do not use.

Took my wife over the weekend to get her nails filled in and color change. Procedure was performed and the end result was not satisfying whatsoever! Left paying $70 for both plus a $20 tip and it was not up to standard! One day later jail started to peel, have to go somewhere else and have it fixed not happy must have it redone completely! Will never go back to this place again, filed her nails down too skinny!

It was absolutely horrible! The water wasn't even warm at first and it never got warmer. The lady turned on our massage chairs without asking any of us. It took half an hour for us to wait although they were pretty much empty. The lady was beyond rude. My friend & I both have been to EVERY PLACE in Radcliff to E-Town & we were never happy for long anywhere we went due to rude people or getting black or green funguses under our nails which means they don't clean their tools so what else are hot going to get right?? My daughter comes here & has a long time so we decided to try it & WE FINALLY FOUND OUR NAIL HOME! The women are VERY kind & did a great job! I don't mind paying more IF THE JOB IS WELL DONE & LASTS & IT HAS!!! we won't be going anywhere else! If you are a regular then they GIVE YOU YOUR OWN KIT WITH YOUR OWN TOOLS IN IT SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING ANYTHING NASTY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I've NEVER seen ANYONE do this before & it's what shout be done EVERYWHERE this day & age period! I luv this place & we can be ourselves so I'm MORE then happy ?Services: Pedicures

this place is horrible!! I took my son here for his first pedi and just for my son and I, it was 100 dollars!!! He got just a clear coat and I got blue, (NO GEL) and our feet was NOT to our satisfaction, and it was quickly rushed! never again!
