the guy working there Zachery really helped me out! when i went in to get a new phone, he was kind, honest and never missed a beat helping out with things i didn't understand.

They shut my phone off again after paying the bill on the 30th Nov on Dec 3 Metro shut all 3 phones off I went in to Metro after loosing a important job and not receiving the call because Metro shut are phones off after we paid the bill. Metro we are done with you. That last $50 we paid to get are phones turned back on. We hope you enjoy it because we jest went with another phone carrier GOOD BY. Start doing BETTER BUSINESS

Small, smells like mildew, the man working there was ok. No matter what location we go to these workers seem to be con artists though. Always charging for ANYTHING extra if they can get away with it. Probably trained that way.

Ive never had a problem with Metro PSC I am glad I switch to them 11 yrs ago but Ryan at Radcliff is the best. Everytime I go in there I ask for him. And if he isn't then I wait and come back when he is there! That young man rocks!
