5* 5* 5* 5*Went here to sell some unwanted / broken gold jewelry. Having dealt with shady pawn brokers in the past I weighed them, and looked up the current price for scrap gold. Taking into consideration they pay for gold and not the stones set in, I did some calculations making sure to leave the shop a profit, after all that's how they stay open for business.I get to the shop upon entering I was greeted with a hello and a gentleman behind the counter asked, in a professional manner, if there was anything he could help me with. 5*I said yes and was helped immediately. 5*Since I had read the reviews I wasn't skeptical, but precautionary, which was unwarranted sorry guys.The gentleman that helped me was professional, polite, and kind. 5*When he quoted me a price for my items it was just slightly higher than I expected. 5*Don't be influenced by bad reviews, because you can't please everyone all the time, and seldom do pleased people review.

A little disappointed with the musical instrument advertisement. Only guitars were available. Shelves were full of tools and their storage boxes. I feel that half the store area was roped off. I get that the store might need the area to sort and price or test items but since the customers can see into the space... Curtains or something to keep people like me from questioning what is not my business. Out of sight, out of mind. I will be back though!

Have delt with this company for years. The new owners are knowledgeable about many items. I would recommend them always. They are honest and do abide by rules and regulations in various subjects.

About a battery and battery charger there for a drill around a 40 bucks on Friday. Put it on charge let a charge about 3 hours. Came back battery was not charged was not working.By the time I figured it out they were already closed came back monday and they said no refunds but they could give me a A deal on something else.Not even. In store? Credit so yeah let me spend my money on something else that's trash and no refund on that either I'm good done business with them a few times but not no more

I the past it was trash, but the new younger owners have shown a real love for the business and have turned it around!! I can't say anything bad about the place now that they've taken over. I only wish that other pan shops followed their lead. I feel like I'm appreciated at this place and that goes a long way for me. Kudos to you guys for pulling through!!!
