We had Kustom Granite come to our home on 4/2/2023 to measure for countertops. Paid over 1/2 down, which was their requirement, and was given an install date of the next week. Two weeks later, we have no countertops, they won't return calls and after visiting their store again to see why, we found out that our piece of granite with our name written on it was sold to someone else. They are supposed to be refunding our deposit.

Tito and his company treated us well and did a great job on our large installation of granite. Any issues we had were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We will be using him again for our next project.

Was little slow at first but once they got moving done a great job. Would definitely use them again. Price was very good and the installers were very professional. Thanks jay and the installers for making my dream kitchen come true.

NOT WORTH IT. It's been almost 2 years since they installed our countertops. They are cracking along the seams. The cracks are small but very hard to clean even with a toothbrush so they collect dirt - so frustrating! The epoxy they used to fill cracks has changed color so now it sticks out horribly. One of the epoxy patches actually popped off this morning, hence this review. The seam in front of the sink is jagged and wasn't even supposed to be there. They measured wrong and had to cut the slab to fit the sink properly. We also had a leak around the seal of the sink they installed. We were able to fix it, but I didnt expect to fix a newly installed sink. The price was good, but you get what you pay for. I agree with many reviews that Tito was hard to contact multiple times and changed timelines. We also did our bathroom counters and one of the backsplash pieces did not match the counter. When I contacted him he never replied. We had already paid him so he disappeared. At this rate, we will just end up replacing them.

Mar 16 and 17,i would like to give a good review, but waiting for a small repair. They claim for the last three month too busy for a small repair maybe in a couple days.Mar. 26 still “no’ Tito. My Eyes goes to the small spot every time i go into the kitchen..

Picked out countertops July 10th- they came out to measure twice kitchen cabinets, pantry, and master bathroom sinks- I was told kitchen would be done by July 31st- strung along for 7 weeks- then today (Sept 9th) was told it would be another 4 weeks- I would not use this company!

Do not use this company under any circumstances.....they strung me out for 7 weeks and then said they wouldn't be able to do the job.....it held up me being able to put the house on the market since everything else was done....they set several appointments promising to be there and never called or showed up..... .i found a much more professional company for about the same price and they had me done in a little over a week....i flip a lot of houses and hopefully this will save someone else from what I went through!!!

I highly recommend Empire Granite. They’re pricing is very reasonable and though he was very busy, Tito made room in his schedule to fit us in for a last minute project that we needed done in a short amount of time. The workmanship was high quality, and I’m very pleased with the end result. Thank you!

Absolute worst service I have ever seen from a buisness! After a friend has told me to
"watch Tito" I wish I would have listened. I have never delt with a company who simply would not return my calls when I was trying to give them my buisness. I was told by Tito to check out two granite supply houses in Louisville( Global and OHM) that he did buisness with and pick out our slabs. After going to both we found the slabs that we liked at Global. When I told Tito we found the slabs that we wanted he said he dident want to do buisness with global because he had a balance there and said that he would no longer do buisness with them. I reluctantly gave him the benifit of doubt and went back and found slabs at OHM (who was great to work with and actually had slabs shipped from out of state) I immediately contacted Tito and asked him to contact me as soon as he picked up my slabs so we could decide on how they would be cut. I received no response and after a week I contacted him personally after several emails ,text and voice mails to his secretary. Again after 10 days I contacted him personally . At this point I also spoke with his secretary who said that "because we were not happy with there service We should look somewhere else for a fabricator. " After 6 weeks of working with them and no countertops this is how they treat people. I don't mind if someone tells me they are covered up and will get to me as soon as possible. I do however feel it's a shady buisness practice to string customers along an inconvience them just to try to hold on to buisness that you can't even handle. I have never given a buisness this poor of a rating but others need to be made aware of the kind of business that this is.
