I have had good experience coming to Knox Ford service. Make sure you try and get Eric Stovall to do your work. He’s taken great care of my trucks telling me what needs to be done and what doesn’t plus he works on it non stop getting it done quickly and accurately!

I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about because I had no issues whatsoever. Eric is one of- if not the best tech at this location. Excellent service, great communication, makes sure you only pay for what you need, and is timely with his work. Give him a promotion!

I bought my 2022 Ford Edge brand new in May 2022.
When I brought it in for a routine oil change this past May it was all but routine. My 2022 edge only had about 23,000 miles on it.
I went to the Quick Lane on a Saturday. After I had waited for almost 2.5 hours the cashier came out and said they recommend an alignment and a coolant flush. I am thinking to myself I just drove my car, Ido not need an alignment my car wasn’t pulling in one direction. I did not know what a coolant flush was but I did not want it to void my warranty so so said yes to both. I then asked how much and she said about $390. If so need then go ahead. After she left I called my boyfriend and told him and he said “I just drove your edge last night - you do need an alignment and you certainly do not need a coolant flush. So I got off the phone went up to the cashier and told her not to do either and she said that they have already did both. Keep in mind it had only been 15 mins since she came out to talk to me. I went outside and called my boyfriend back and told him what she said and he said “I call bull——. He said there was no way they did one of those things in 15 minutes much less both. Cashier came out and said you are done and we are not charging you for the alignment nor the coolant flush. She could clearly see I was upset and knew they had lied about needing those services and doing the work. I called another dealership service department and they told me I was not even close to the mileage for the coolant flush and that a car that is not even a year old certainly does not need a coolant flush.
You would have thought with me purchasing my edge there, I would have been treated better than that but they should treat every customer with respect and honesty.
Will never go back and have found a more professional, respectful, honest and trustworthy Ford Service Department.

I will never user this service department every again. Drop off to get AC fixed and got diagnostic form services department that it was leaking at Schrader value. Okay said fine to fix and got a call back AC fixed. Paid $580 I get it dealerships prices. Next day AC did not work. Took it back next day and got a call that to fix AC it alot more problems and needed $1100 plus more to fix. It would have been nice to have that estimate the first time to know it was going to be a $1700 repair. So I am out $580 and still have no AC in my car. I will never use this service department or this dealerships again.Services: Auto A/C recharge

When I stop I get the ? “uhhh, oooohhh, we have a long wait.” and no alternative solution provided and told I cannot schedule with service. There was an immediate issue w my *brand new* truck and ultimately I went straight to Swope with no issues or delay. Turned out to be an emergency.

Missy is very nice. I had no appointment for an oil change. I was out of there in less than 30 min. Best place around to get your oil changed. I've used them several times now with no issues.Service: Oil change

TLDR; go somewhere else for service work, they say they did the work on my truck and lied. They work had not been finished.
I came down to Knox Ford to have a routine service done, get my tires rotated, and have the exhaust sensors replaced. I made an appointment to have them get started as soon as they opened at 7:30 a.m. I was there for my scheduled appointment, and they did not have anyone there to work on it until about 9:00 a.m.
I was then informed that they would need probably need to keep it overnight, even though I was told that it would be done same day if I scheduled the appointment for early morning.
The communication from their service department was horrible. All I asked was to keep me updated with what the status of my truck was. But I kept having to call to find out what was happening to my truck.
Then as 5:00 p.m. was coming up I called again to be told that it had taken them 3.5 hours to replace one sensor and that they hadn’t done anything else yet. But everything would be finished the next morning by 9:00 a.m.
I called down the next morning, and was told that it was not finished yet. That they were doing the scheduled maintenance and would be finished soon.
I called again about an hour later and was told that they were still working on the truck and had to rotate the tires still. But they would have their shuttle service come by to pick me up, after I reminded them that I would need a ride back to their shop “because they didn’t have any loaners available” (the back lot had five lined up, I looked).
So finally they let me know that my truck is done; that they did the service, replaced the sensors, and rotated the tires.
As I go to pay I asked where the paperwork was for the completed service, but it was all blank. Then I asked if they had done the transmission and radiator service, nope. Then I asked what had been done, had they at least gone through and done the multi point inspection. They said yes.
I then payed, walked out to my truck, and saw that the valve stem covers on my tires were still broken. But if the multi point inspection had been done, the tires would have been checked and the valve covers would either be changed or replaced.
I walked back in to the service counter, to see why it had not been done. And if the inspection had actually been completed. Nope. They just put that it had been done and never bothered to do all of the service work that I had gone to them for in the first place.
I left their service department and went down to another local mechanic to have everything double checked, I’m glad I did. They’re still checking everything, but so far the alignment is off and all the tires were 15 psi under inflated.
