I don't advise this place for one simple reason ( responsibility) . I filed my taxes only to call back several times asking what's the delay on my return was only to receive ( The IRS is backed up). Come to find out after a year later and a professional service my taxes were not even sent off. Calling HR Block to file a complaint I was given a refund but no help for the late filing penalty. I spoke with not 1, not 2 but 3 staff members at this place of business and its just very unprofessional.

My yearly tax preparation and filing endeavors with H&R Block has been fabulous this last consecutive three years. I have had the same Tax Pro- Petina Duncan- each year which has made every year both enjoyable and productive. Furthermore, instead of this time of year being a major stress inducer for me as a small business owner, I welcome the whole experience due to her insightfulness, wonderful attitude, and professionalism. I am 100% confident in her abilities as a tax professional and our meetings are always a pleasure. Not only does she amaze me every year with some kind of act of going way beyond normal expectations, but she raises the bar of operational standards for the company in many aspects. Simply put she sets a great example in both operations and customer service for others in her industry to go by. I will be recommending her as much as possible and look forward to our yearly meeting next year as I have in previous years prior. Thank you H&R Block specifically Mrs. Petina Duncan for everything you have done and everything you continue to do for me and my small business.

My tax paperwork is exactly the same as it has been for 5 years. This year I was charged $100 more than the previous year. Getting to expensive to to have H&R Block do my taxes.
