Hibbetts had a good variety of shoes! I was impressed. However, there were signs saying discounts for Nike and Jordan. When we checked out, there was no discount unless we purchased clothes of some sort. I bought 2 pairs of Jordan's and a pair of Nike shoes along with other items. I signed up for text alerts to receive some sort of discount and received 20% off of $50 which only gave us $7 off of a $300 purchase. A little disappointed being misled. But otherwise happy with the shoe collection.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for pick up, when I was alerted they were ready I called the store to pick them up and was asked to wait till the next day because the shoe I wanted initially had been sold out; They were gonna attempt to fix it, is what I was told. Well next day I show up and there’s no solution except to refund me for the pair of shoes. Welp it’s a week later and nobody knows where my payment lies.

What a great place to shop but everything has changed tremendously! The workers/employees are not very happy and seems as if your bothering them when you have questions about the products. The prices have skyrocketed and there’s never a shoe there when it says it online. The new release is NEVER THERE

I won my raffle picked up my shoes from the radcliff ky store on Walmart way, and couldn't be happier with the service. They remember me, they are warm, inviting, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better experience!!

My first pair of Nike Air lasted me for two and half years took really good care of them, just went in today for my second pair of Nike Air. Prices are awesome my first pair was 180.00 and the second was 100.00 the cashier Joshua was very helpful on the inventory of the shoes I ended up getting a size 6 air max 90 claret black/red black/red size 6. I will go back when these ware out.
